នៅក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំនោះដែរ ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំទទួលបន្ទុក និងមន្ត្រីជំនាញនៃក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បានចូលរួមធ្វើបទបង្ហាញលើខ្លឹមសារសំខាន់ៗនៃសេចក្តីព្រាងសេចក្តីណែនាំ និងសេចក្ដីសម្រេច ដោយអង្គប្រជុំទាំងមូលក៏បានធ្វើការពិភាក្សាគ្នាយ៉ាងផុសផុល និងបានផ្តល់នូវមតិយោបល់ សំដៅធ្វើឱ្យលិខិតបទដ្ឋានគតិយុត្តទាំងពីរនេះឱ្យមានលក្ខណៈកាន់តែល្អប្រសើរ និងគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយក្នុងការអនុវត្តការងារជាក់ស្ដែង។
ឆ្លៀតក្នុងឱកាសនោះដែរ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណដល់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំនិងមន្រ្តីពាកព័ន្ធដែលបានខិតខំរៀបចំព្រមទាំងបានផ្តល់អនុសាសន៍ណែនាំ ឱ្យបន្តយកចិត្តទុកដាក់បន្ថែមក្នុងការពិភាក្សា និងផ្តល់ធាតុចូលលើខ្លឹមសារសំខាន់ៗ ព្រមទាំងគោលការណ៍គ្រឹះនានា ដើម្បីឈានទៅពិនិត្យសម្រេចលើសេចក្តីព្រាងសេចក្តីណែនាំ និងសេចក្ដីសម្រេចខាងលើនេះ ឱ្យកាន់តែមានអនុលោមភាព មានលក្ខណៈពេញលេញ មានភាពប្រទាក់ក្រឡាគ្នានិងជាប្រព័ន្ធ សំដៅពង្រឹងប្រសិទ្ធភាពនៃការងារដោះស្រាយបណ្តឹងតវ៉ា និងបណ្តឹងបរិហាររបស់ក្រសួងឱ្យកាន់តែមានភាពប្រសើរឡើង។

H.E. SOK Soken, Minister of Inspection, led a meeting to review and discuss the draft Instruction on Strengthening the Effectiveness of Complaint Receipt Management and Decision on the Establishment of a Mechanism for Reviewing Complaint Receipts, with the participation of the leaders in charge of dispute resolution and technical officials at the Ministry.
During the meeting, the leaders and technical officials of the Ministry of Inspection presented the key contents of both the draft Instruction and Decision. The entire meeting engaged in an active discussion and provided constructive feedback aimed at making these two regulatory documents more refined and comprehensive for practical implementation.
On that occasion, H.E. Minister expressed his appreciation to the leaders and relevant officials for their hard work in preparing these documents and provided recommendations to continue paying close attention to discussing and providing input on the key contents and foundational principles to finalize these draft Instruction and Decision, to ensure they are highly compliant, comprehensive, consistent, and systematic, aiming to further strengthen the effectiveness of the Ministry’s complaint and appeal resolution work.
