ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីសំណេះសំណាលជាមួយនិវត្តជននៃក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ អតីតថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ មន្ត្រីរាជការជានិវត្តជននិងមន្រ្តីរាជការជាច្រើនរូប នៅទីស្ដីការក្រសួង។

ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីសំណេះសំណាលជាមួយនិវត្តជននៃក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ អតីតថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ មន្ត្រីរាជការជានិវត្តជននិងមន្រ្តីរាជការជាច្រើនរូប នៅទីស្ដីការក្រសួង។

ថ្លែងក្នុងពិធីសំណេះសំណាលនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី បានសម្តែងនូវការដឹងគុណ និងការចងចាំយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅចំពោះអតីតថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្ត្រីរាជការជានិវត្តជនទាំងអស់ ដែលបានលះបង់កម្លាំងកាយចិត្ត ប្រាជ្ញា និងស្មារតី ក្នុងការបំពេញភារកិច្ចប្រកបដោយការទទួលខុសត្រូវខ្ពស់រហូតសម្រេចបានសមិទ្ធផលជាច្រើនក្នុងវិស័យអធិការកិច្ចនាពេលកន្លងមក។

ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានបន្ថែមថា វិស័យអធិការកិច្ចត្រូវបានបន្តធ្វើកំណែទម្រង់ឱ្យកាន់តែប្រសើរឡើងជាបន្តបន្ទាប់ ស្របតាមឆន្ទះដ៏មុតស្រួច និងក្រោមការដឹកនាំប្រកបដោយចក្ខុវិស័យវែងឆ្ងាយរបស់សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។ បន្ថែមពីនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ក៏បានរំលឹកពីគុណូបការៈដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ សម្តេចអគ្គមហាសេនាបតីតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន ប្រធានព្រឹទ្ធសភា នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ដែលបានដឹកនាំកសាងប្រទេសពីចំណុចសូន្យ និងដាក់ចេញនូវនយោបាយឈ្នះ-ឈ្នះ រហូតសម្រេចបានសុខសន្តិភាពពេញលេញ និងការអភិវឌ្ឍលើគ្រប់វិស័យ។

ជាកិច្ចបញ្ចប់ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ពីការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ខ្ពស់របស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលចំពោះសុខុមាលភាពរបស់និវត្តជន តាមរយៈការជំរុញប្រព័ន្ធគាំពារសង្គម និងការដំឡើងប្រាក់សោធននិវត្តន៍ ជាបន្តបន្ទាប់ ដើម្បីធានាឱ្យអតីតមន្ត្រីរាជការអាចរស់នៅក្នុងជីវភាពសមរម្យ និងសេចក្តីថ្លៃថ្នូរ និងបានថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅចំពោះសកម្មភាពគំរូជាច្រើនដែលអតីតថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្ត្រីរាជការជានិវត្តជន ធ្លាប់បានរួមចំណែកការពារនិងបម្រើជាតិមាតុភូមិ ព្រមទាំងបានផ្តល់ជូននូវលិខិតថ្លែងអំណរគុណ ក្រម៉ា និងថវិកាឧបត្ថម្ភដ៏ថ្លៃថ្លា ជូនដល់និវត្តជនគ្រប់រូបផងដែរ។

H.E. SOK Soken, Minister of Inspection, presided over a solidarity gathering with retirees of the Ministry of Inspection, with the participation of leaders, former leaders, retired civil servants, and civil servants, at the Ministry.

Speaking at the ceremony, H.E. Minister expressed his profound gratitude and deep remembrance toward all former leaders and retired civil servants who have sacrificed their physical and mental strength, wisdom, and spirit in fulfilling their duties with high responsibility, achieving numerous milestones in the inspection sector in the past.

H.E. Minister further added that the inspection sector has undergone continuous reform and improvement in accordance with the firm resolve and visionary leadership of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei HUN Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Additionally, H.E. Minister recalled the noble contributions of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN Sen, President of the Senate of the Kingdom of Cambodia, who led the nation’s reconstruction from zero and initiated the “Win-Win Policy,” ultimately achieving full peace and development across all sectors.

In conclusion, H.E. Minister highlighted the Royal Government’s high priority regarding the welfare of retirees by strengthening the social protection system and implementing successive pension increases to ensure that former civil servants can live with dignity and an adequate standard of living, and expressed heartfelt thanks for the many exemplary actions through which former leaders and retired civil servants have contributed to protect and serve the nation, while presenting letters of appreciation, traditional Kramas, and financial support to every retiree.
