ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីទទួលជួបសំណេះសំណាលជាមួយប្រតិភូយុវជននៃកម្មវិធីនាវាយុវជនអាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍និងជប៉ុន (SSEAYP) និងនិស្សិតជ័យលាភីអាហារូបករណ៍ទៅសិក្សានៅប្រទេសអូស្ត្រាលី និងនូវែលសេឡង់ ដើម្បីផ្ដល់អនុសាសន៍ណែនាំសំខាន់ៗ ចែករំលែកបទពិសោធផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនដ៏មានតម្លៃក្នុងអំឡុងពេលដែលឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី បានសិក្សានៅក្រៅប្រទេស និងបានរំលេចអំពីចក្ខុវិស័យ-តួនាទីរបស់ក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច ដូចបានកំណត់ក្នុងយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ «ព៤ជ៤»។ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ក៏បានសម្ដែងនូវការអបអរសាទរ និងណែនាំឱ្យនិស្សិតទាំងអស់ត្រូវខិតខំរៀនសូត្រឱ្យអស់ពីលទ្ធភាព ត្រូវរក្សាឱ្យបាននូវសាមគ្គីភាព វិន័យល្អ សីលធម៌ និងសេចក្ដីថ្លៃថ្នូរ នៅពេលបំពេញការសិក្សា ជាពិសេសត្រូវធ្វើជាទូតសុឆន្ទៈតំណាងឱ្យប្រទេសកម្ពុជាដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់កិត្យានុភាពជាតិលើឆាកអន្តរជាតិ។

H.E. SOK Soken, Minister of Inspection, presided over a courtesy meeting with the youth delegation of the Ship for Southeast Asian and Japanese Youth Program (SSEAYP), together with scholarship recipients pursuing studies in Australia and New Zealand, to provide important guidance and advice, share valuable personal experiences from H.E. Minister’s period of overseas study, and highlight the vision and roles of the Ministry of Inspection as set forth in the “S4P4” Strategy. H.E. SOK Soken also extended his congratulations and encouraged all students to pursue their studies with utmost dedication, uphold unity, good discipline, moral conduct, and dignity throughout their academic endeavors, and, in particular, serve as goodwill ambassadors representing the Kingdom of Cambodia in promoting national prestige on the international stage.
