ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បានអញ្ជើញដឹកនាំគណៈប្រតិភូក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច ចូលរួមក្នុងពិធីលៀងសាយភោជទទួលស្វាគមន៍ ដែលរៀបចំដោយ ឯកឧត្តម វៀង គួក ឌ័ន (Nguyễn Quốc Đoàn) អគ្គអធិការ នៃអធិការកិច្ចរដ្ឋាភិបាលវៀតណាម នៅទីក្រុងហាណូយ ប្រទេសវៀតណាម

ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បានអញ្ជើញដឹកនាំគណៈប្រតិភូក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច ចូលរួមក្នុងពិធីលៀងសាយភោជទទួលស្វាគមន៍ ដែលរៀបចំដោយ ឯកឧត្តម វៀង គួក ឌ័ន (Nguyễn Quốc Đoàn) អគ្គអធិការ នៃអធិការកិច្ចរដ្ឋាភិបាលវៀតណាម នៅទីក្រុងហាណូយ ប្រទេសវៀតណាម។ ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅចំពោះការទទួលស្វាគមន៍យ៉ាងកក់ក្តៅ និងបានគូសបញ្ជាក់ថា ពិធីនេះជាឱកាសដ៏មានតម្លៃក្នុងការរឹតចំណងមិត្តភាព ភាពស្និទ្ធស្នាល និងការពង្រឹងទំនុកចិត្តទៅវិញទៅមករវាងស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរ។

ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ក៏បានសម្តែងនូវការអបអរសាទរចំពោះសមិទ្ធផលនានារបស់អធិការកិច្ចរដ្ឋាភិបាលវៀតណាម និងបានវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ចំពោះលទ្ធផលផ្លែផ្កានៃកិច្ចប្រជុំទ្វេភាគីរវាងក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច និងអធិការកិច្ចរដ្ឋាភិបាលវៀតណាម ព្រមទាំងបានបញ្ជាក់ជាថ្មីនូវឆន្ទៈក្នុងការបន្តកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការជិតស្និទ្ធ និងជាចុងក្រោយបានជូនពរដល់មិត្តភាព និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរឱ្យកាន់តែរឹងមាំជានិរន្តរ៍។
