ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច និងជាប្រធានក្រុមការងារតាមដាននិងត្រួតពិនិត្យការអនុវត្តយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ ព៤ជ៤ បានដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំតាមដានវឌ្ឍនភាពការងាររបស់អនុក្រុមការងារទាំង៣ នៃក្រុមការងារតាមដាននិងត្រួតពិនិត្យការអនុវត្តយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ ព៤ជ៤ នៅទីស្ដីការក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច។

រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ថ្ងៃទី២៤ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ – ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច និងជាប្រធានក្រុមការងារតាមដាននិងត្រួតពិនិត្យការអនុវត្តយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ ព៤ជ៤ បានដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំតាមដានវឌ្ឍនភាពការងាររបស់អនុក្រុមការងារទាំង៣ នៃក្រុមការងារតាមដាននិងត្រួតពិនិត្យការអនុវត្តយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ ព៤ជ៤ នៅទីស្ដីការក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច។

អង្គប្រជុំបានពិនិត្យ និងពិភាក្សាយ៉ាងផុសផុលលើផែនការសកម្មភាព ព៤ជ៤ សម្រាប់ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៃយុទ្ធសាស្រ្ត «ព៤ជ៤» របស់ក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច ដោយមានសកម្មភាពអាទិភាពសំខាន់ៗ បញ្ហាប្រឈម និងដំណោះស្រាយនានាពាក់ព័ន្ធការងារអធិការកិច្ចនិងតាមដានការអនុវត្តច្បាប់ ការងារដោះស្រាយបណ្តឹង និងការរៀបចំច្បាប់និងលិខិតបទដ្ឋានគតិយុត្ត។

ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី បានរំលឹកដល់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំត្រូវខិតខំរៀបចំផ្ទះឱ្យបានល្អបន្ថែមស្របតាមប្រសាសន៍ដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តី នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ថា៖ «រៀបចំផ្ទះខ្លួនយើងឱ្យស្អាត មុននឹងចេញទៅមើលផ្ទះគេ»។ បន្ថែមពីនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី បានណែនាំឱ្យថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំអនុវត្តការងាររបស់អនុក្រុមការងារទាំង៣ ឱ្យមានសង្គតិភាព ភាពប្រទាក់ក្រឡា និងជាប្រព័ន្ធ ក្នុងការអនុវត្តយុទ្ធសាស្រ្ត «ព៤ជ៤» ឱ្យមានលក្ខណៈពេញលេញនិងគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយ។

Phnom Penh, July 24 2025 – H.E. Sok Soken, Minister of Inspection, Chairman of the Monitoring and Evaluation Working Group for the Implementation of the S4P4 Strategy, chaired a meeting to review the progress of the three sub-working groups under the Monitoring and Evaluation Working Group for the Implementation of the S4P4 Strategy, at the Ministry of Inspection.

The meeting actively reviewed and discussed the 2025 action plan of the Ministry’s “S4P4” Strategy, focusing on priority activities, key challenges, and corresponding solutions related to inspection work and monitoring regulatory compliance, complaint resolution, and the development of laws and legal documents.

H.E. Minister underscored the importance of further strengthening internal organization in accordance with the high guidance of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, who stated: “Organize our own house properly before going out to look at others’ houses.” Furthermore, H.E. Minister instructed the leaders to implement the tasks of the three sub-working groups with harmony, interconnectedness, and systematic approaches, ensuring the full and comprehensive implementation of the “S4P4” Strategy.
