ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី សុខ សូកេន អញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីបិទវគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលស្ដីពី “ភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំ” នៅទីស្ដីការក្រសួង

រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ៖ ថ្ងៃទី២៨ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ – ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីបិទវគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលស្ដីពី “ភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំ” ដែលរៀបចំដោយវិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិអធិការកិច្ច សម្រាប់សិក្ខាកាមចំនួន៥០នាក់ ជាមន្រ្តីរាជការក្រសួង និងមន្ទីរអធិការកិច្ច រាជធានី/ខេត្ត ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្រ្តីរាជការជាច្រើនរូប នៅទីស្ដីការក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច។

ថ្លែងក្នុងពិធីដ៏មានសារៈសំខាន់នេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ថាការអភិវឌ្ឍសមត្ថភាពមន្រ្តីក្នុងវិស័យអធិការកិច្ចលើ ភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំ ជាពិសេសតាមរយៈវគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលនេះ ដែលផ្ដោតលើភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំផ្អែកលើទំនុកចិត្ត ការបង្កើនប្រសិទ្ធភាពរបស់ក្រុមការងារអធិការកិច្ចនិងការបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលធនធានយុវជន និងការទំនាក់ទំនងនិងការគ្រប់គ្រងជម្លោះប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព គឺពិតជាមានសារៈសំខាន់ណាស់សម្រាប់ការដឹកនាំ និងការសម្រេចចិត្តក្នុងការងារអធិការកិច្ច ដូចកំណត់ក្នុងយុទ្ធសាស្រ្ត «ព៤ជ៤» របស់ក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច ក្នុងការជំរុញនិងបង្កើនសមត្ថភាពស្ថាប័ន ស្របជាមួយនឹងយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តបញ្ចកោណ-ដំណាក់កាលទី១ របស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល នីតិកាលទី៧ នៃរដ្ឋសភា។ បន្ថែមពីនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ក៏បានធ្វើការកោតសរសើរ និងវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ចំពោះគ្រូឧទ្ទេស ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំនិងមន្ត្រីនៃវិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិអធិការកិច្ច ព្រមទាំងក្រុមការងារពាក់ព័ន្ធទាំងអស់ ដែលបានខិតខំរៀបចំ និងធ្វើឱ្យវគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលនេះបញ្ចប់ប្រកបដោយភាពជោគជ័យខ្ពស់។

ជាកិច្ចបញ្ចប់ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានផ្តល់អនុសាសន៍សំខាន់ៗដល់សិក្ខាកាមទាំងអស់ក្នុងការចូលរួមអនុវត្តនូវគោលការណ៍នានានៃភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំឱ្យបានខ្ជាប់ខ្ជួន ក៏ដូចជាផ្សព្វផ្សាយនូវចំណេះដឹងថ្មីៗដែលទទួលបានពីវគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលទៅកាន់សហការីនៅតាមអង្គភាពរបស់ខ្លួន ដើម្បីជាពុទ្ធិបន្ថែមក្នុងការបន្តចូលរួមចំណែកអភិវឌ្ឍប្រព័ន្ធត្រួតពិនិត្យ ក៏ដូចជាលើកកម្ពស់ និងពង្រឹងភាពស្អាតស្អំក្នុងរដ្ឋបាលសាធារណៈឱ្យកាន់តែប្រសើរឡើងបន្ថែមទៀត៕

H.E. SOK Soken Presides Over the Closing Ceremony of the Training Course on “Leadership“ at the Ministry

Phnom Penh, November 28, 2025 – H.E. SOK Soken, Minister of Inspection, presided over the closing ceremony of the training course on “Leadership,” organized by the National Institute of Inspection for 50 trainees who are officials from the Ministry and municipal/provincial Departments of Inspection with the participation of leaders and officials at the Ministry of Inspection.

In his remarks at this important ceremony, H.E. Minister emphasized that strengthening the capacities of officials in the inspection field, particularly in leadership through this training course, which focused on trust-based leadership, effective communication and conflict management, and enhancing inspection team productivity and youth mentorship, is essential for leadership and decision-making in inspection work, as outlined in the Ministry of Inspection’s “S4P4” Strategy to promote and enhance institutional capacity, and in alignment with the Pentagonal Strategy – Phase I of the Royal Government of the 7th Legislature of the National Assembly. Furthermore, H.E. Minister also commended and highly appreciated the distinguished instructors, leaders and officials of the National Institute of Inspection, along with all relevant working groups, for their dedicated efforts in organizing and ensuring the highly successful conclusion of this training course.

In conclusion, H.E. Minister provided key recommendations to all trainees to actively implement the leadership principles and to disseminate the new knowledge gained from the training course to their colleagues in their respective units, serving as further enlightenment for continuing to contribute to the development of the inspection system, and to enhance and strengthen integrity within the public administration.
