ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បានអញ្ជើញដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំដើម្បីតាមដាននិងត្រួតពិនិត្យវឌ្ឍនភាពការងាររបស់វិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិអធិការកិច្ច ព្រមទាំងបានផ្ដល់អនុសាសន៍ណែនាំសំខាន់ៗដល់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំនិងមន្រ្តីពាក់ព័ន្ធ នៅទីស្ដីការក្រសួង។

ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បានអញ្ជើញដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំដើម្បីតាមដាននិងត្រួតពិនិត្យវឌ្ឍនភាពការងាររបស់វិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិអធិការកិច្ច ព្រមទាំងបានផ្ដល់អនុសាសន៍ណែនាំសំខាន់ៗដល់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំនិងមន្រ្តីពាក់ព័ន្ធ នៅទីស្ដីការក្រសួង។

អង្គប្រជុំបានស្តាប់នូវរបាយការណ៍វឌ្ឍនភាពនិងទិសដៅការងាររបស់វិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិអធិការកិច្ច ព្រមទាំងទទួលបាននូវមតិយោបល់ និងធាតុចូលសំខាន់ៗពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្រ្តីពាក់ព័ន្ធ សំដៅជំរុញនិងពង្រឹងប្រសិទ្ធភាពការងាររបស់វិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិអធិការកិច្ច។

ថ្លែងក្នុងអង្គប្រជុំ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានសម្ដែងនូវការកោតសរសើរចំពោះស្មារតីទទួលខុសត្រូវក្នុងការបំពេញតួនាទីភារកិច្ចរបស់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្ត្រីរាជការទាំងអស់នៃវិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិអធិការកិច្ច ព្រមទាំងបានផ្តល់អនុសាសន៍ណែនាំគន្លឹះៗក្នុងការបន្តកែលម្អកម្មវិធីសិក្សា ការការរៀបចំផែនការបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលឱ្យបានពេញលេញ ការលើកកម្ពស់គុណភាពបណ្តុះបណ្តាល ការជ្រើសរើសសាស្ត្រាចារ្យដែលមានមានបទពិសោធនិងជំនាញ ការពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការបច្ចេកទេស និងការជំរុញការរៀបចំឯកសារផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រសម្រាប់វិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិអធិការកិច្ច ដើម្បីបង្កើនសមត្ថភាពក្នុងការកសាង និងពង្រឹងធនធានមនុស្សក្នុងវិស័យអធិការកិច្ចឱ្យកាន់តែប្រសើរឡើង ស្របតាមយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ «ព៤ជ៤» របស់ក្រសួង។

H.E. SOK Soken, Minister of Inspection, chaired a meeting to monitor and review the work progress of the National Institute of Inspection, while also providing key recommendations to relevant leaders and officials at the Ministry.

The meeting listened to the progress report and action plans of the National Institute of Inspection, receiving comments and crucial input from the leaders and relevant officials aimed at promoting and strengthening the operational efficiency of the National Institute of Inspection.

Speaking at the meeting, H.E. Minister expressed his appreciation for the high sense of responsibility in fulfilling the duties of all leaders and officials at the National Institute of Inspection, while providing key guiding recommendations to continue improving the curriculum, establishing comprehensive training plans, enhancing training quality, selecting experienced and specialized lecturers, strengthening technical cooperation, and expediting the formulation of strategic plan documents for the National Institute of Inspection to increase the capacity for building and strengthening human resources within the inspection sector, in alignment with the Ministry’s “S4P4” Strategy.
