ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បានអញ្ជើញដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំ ដើម្បីត្រួតពិនិត្យវឌ្ឍនភាព ដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាប្រឈម និងតម្រង់ទិសការងារដោះស្រាយបណ្តឹងរបស់ក្រសួង ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំទទួលបន្ទុកការងារបណ្ដឹង នៅទីស្ដីការក្រសួង។
ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បានអញ្ជើញដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំ ដើម្បីត្រួតពិនិត្យវឌ្ឍនភាព ដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាប្រឈម និងតម្រង់ទិសការងារដោះស្រាយបណ្តឹងរបស់ក្រសួង ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំទទួលបន្ទុកការងារបណ្ដឹង នៅទីស្ដីការក្រសួង។
ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំបានរាយការណ៍អំពីវឌ្ឍនភាព បញ្ហាប្រឈម និងទិសដៅការងារនៃការងារដោះស្រាយបណ្ដឹង ព្រមទាំងយន្តការនៃការទទួល និងពិនិត្យលើពាក្យបណ្តឹងរបស់ក្រសួង។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះ អង្គប្រជុំបានផ្លាស់ប្តូរមតិយោបល់ និងផ្តល់ធាតុចូល ដើម្បីស្វែងរកដំណោះស្រាយសមស្របក្នុងការឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងតម្រូវការការងារដោះស្រាយបណ្ដឹងឱ្យកាន់តែមានប្រសិទ្ធភាពបន្ថែមទៀត។
ថ្លែងក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណដល់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំពាក់ព័ន្ធទាំងអស់ ដែលបានខិតខំដោះស្រាយបណ្ដឹងរបស់ក្រសួងកន្លងមក។ ទន្ទឹមនឹងនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី បានរំលឹកអំពីទស្សនវិស័យនៃរៀបចំនិងជំរុញការងារដោះស្រាយបណ្តឹង និងការអនុវត្តតួនាទី ភារកិច្ចពាក់ព័ន្ធការងារដោះស្រាយបណ្តឹង ស្របតាមអនុសាសន៍ណែនាំដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ប្រមុខរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល និងលិខិតបទដ្ឋានគតិយុត្តជាធរមាន។ បន្ថែមពីនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ក៏បានណែនាំឱ្យថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំបន្តខិតខំជំរុញការដោះស្រាយបណ្តឹងឱ្យបានឆាប់រហ័ស និងអនុវត្តការងារឱ្យបានខ្ជាប់ខ្ជួនស្របតាមលិខិតបទដ្ឋានគតិយុត្តនានារបស់ក្រសួង។

H.E. SOK Soken, Minister of Inspection, chaired a meeting to review work progress, address challenges, and provide directions for the Ministry’s dispute resolution work, with the participation of leaders in charge of dispute resolution, at the Ministry.
On that occasion, leaders reported on the progress, challenges, and future direction of dispute resolution work, as well as the Ministry’s mechanism for receiving and reviewing disputes. At the same time, the meeting exchanged views and provided inputs to identify appropriate solutions in response to the operational needs of dispute resolution for enhanced effectiveness.
Addressing the meeting, H.E. Minister expressed his appreciation to all relevant leaders for their past efforts in resolving disputes for the Ministry. Concurrently, H.E. Minister recalled the vision for organizing and advancing dispute resolution work, alongside fulfilling roles and responsibilities related to complaint handling in accordance with the high recommendations of the Head of the Royal Government and legal and regulatory instruments. Furthermore, H.E. Minister instructed the leaders to continue expediting the resolution of disputes promptly and strictly execute their duties in compliance with the Ministry’s regulatory instruments.
