Jose de Venecia, former Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Philippines, Founding and Emeritus Chairman of the International Conference of Asian Political Parties (ICAPP). The ceremony was conducted with the highest dignity in accordance with the national protocol of the Philippines at the Libingan ng mga Bayani in Taguig City, Republic of the Philippines. The solemn ceremony was attended by senior leaders representing the Government of the Philippines, including the Speaker of the House of Representatives, the Minister of National Defense, and the Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces.

The presence of H.E. Minister at the ceremony signified not only an expression of condolence, but also a profound tribute and mark of respect for the enduring friendship firmly established since previous generations and continued to the present day. May the soul of H.E. Jose de Venecia rest in eternal peace.
