ឯកឧត្ដម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត Vijay Jolly ទីប្រឹក្សាសភាពាណិជ្ជកម្មនៃក្រុមប្រទេស BRICS និងជាទីប្រឹក្សាយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រនៃពិព័រណ៍ធុរកិច្ចឥណ្ឌា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ចូលជួបសម្តែងការគួរសម និងពិភាក្សាការងារ នៅទីស្ដីការក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច។

ជាកិច្ចចាប់ផ្ដើម ឯកឧត្ដមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី បានសម្ដែងនូវការស្វាគមន៍យ៉ាងកក់ក្តៅ និងបានរំលឹកពីទំនាក់ទំនងដ៏យូរលង់ និងជិតស្និទ្ធរវាងកម្ពុជា និងឥណ្ឌា ដោយបានវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ចំពោះការចូលរួមកន្លងមករបស់ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត ជាមួយកម្ពុជា ជាពិសេសទំនាក់ទំនងដ៏ល្អជាមួយ សម្តេចវិបុលបញ្ញា សុខ អាន អតីតឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីទទួលបន្ទុកទីស្ដីការគណៈរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី។ ឯកឧត្ដមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានលើកឡើងពីការកែទម្រង់នានា ការធ្វើទំនើបកម្ម ពិពិធកម្មសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តក្នុងការលើកកម្ពស់អភិបាលកិច្ច ក្រោមការដឹកនាំរបស់ សម្តេចអគ្គមហាសេនាបតីតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន ប្រធានព្រឹទ្ធសភា នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងសម្ដេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីនៃព្រះរាជាណាក្រកម្ពុជា។
ឆ្លៀតក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានសង្កត់ធ្ងន់លើសារៈសំខាន់នៃការតភ្ជាប់ឱកាសទីផ្សារ តាមរយៈវេទិកាទ្វេភាគី និងពហុភាគីនានា ដើម្បីជំរុញការធ្វើពិពិធកម្មពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ការវិនិយោគ និងពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការសេដ្ឋកិច្ច។ បន្ថែមពីលើនេះ ឯកឧត្ដមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ក៏បានជម្រាបជូនអំពីជំហររបស់កម្ពុជាពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងសភាពការណ៍ព្រំដែនបច្ចុប្បន្នជាមួយប្រទេសថៃ ដោយសង្កត់ធ្ងន់លើការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តរបស់កម្ពុជាក្នុងការដោះស្រាយវិវាទដោយសន្តិវិធី ផ្អែកលើច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ និងធម្មនុញ្ញអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ ក្នុងការការពារអធិបតេយ្យភាព និងបូរណភាពទឹកដី។
ជាទីបញ្ចប់ ឯកឧត្ដមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានសម្តែងនូវការវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ចំពោះជំនួបពិភាក្សានេះ និងបានបង្ហាញពីក្ដីសង្ឃឹមក្នុងការបន្តរក្សាទំនាក់ទំនងដ៏យូរលង់ និងជិតស្និទ្ធ ព្រមទាំងការផ្លាស់ប្តូរទស្សនៈជាបន្តបន្ទាប់ ដើម្បីជំរុញកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ និងការគាំទ្រគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមកឱ្យកាន់តែរីកចម្រើនថែមទៀត។

H.E. SOK Soken, Minister of Inspection, received Dr. Vijay Jolly, Advisor to the BRICS Chamber of Commerce and Strategic Advisor to the Indian Business Expo-2026, for a courtesy call and working discussion, at the Ministry of Inspection.
To begin with, H.E. Minister extended a warm welcome and recalled the long-standing and close relationship between Cambodia and India by highly appreciating Dr. Vijay Jolly’s past contributions to Cambodia, particularly his excellent relations with Samdech Vibol Panha SOK An, former Deputy Prime Minister and Minister in charge of the Office of the Council of Ministers. H.E. Minister also highlighted various reforms, modernization efforts, economic diversification, and the commitment to promoting governance under the leadership of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN Sen, President of the Senate of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei HUN Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
On that occasion, H.E. Minister emphasized the importance of connecting market opportunities through bilateral and multilateral forums to promote trade diversification, investment, and reinforce economic cooperation. In addition, H.E. Minister informed Dr. Vijay Jolly of Cambodia’s stance regarding the current border situation with Thailand, emphasizing Cambodia’s commitment to peaceful dispute resolution based on international law and the United Nations Charter in safeguarding sovereignty and territorial integrity.
In conclusion, H.E. Minister highly appreciated the discussion and expressed his hope to maintain this long-standing and close relationship, as well as continued exchanges of views to advance mutual cooperation and support for further progress.
