ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពិធីបើកសន្និសីទប្រធានសភា នៃអន្តរសភាលើកទី២ (ISC-2) ដែលប្រារព្ធឡើង ក្រោមមូលបទ៖ “សាមគ្គីភាពដើម្បីសន្តិភាព និងវិបុលភាពរួម៖ ពង្រឹងច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ និងដោះស្រាយជម្លោះដោយសន្តិវិធី”

ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពិធីបើកសន្និសីទប្រធានសភា នៃអន្តរសភាលើកទី២ (ISC-2) ដែលប្រារព្ធឡើង ក្រោមមូលបទ៖ “សាមគ្គីភាពដើម្បីសន្តិភាព និងវិបុលភាពរួម៖ ពង្រឹងច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ និងដោះស្រាយជម្លោះដោយសន្តិវិធី” ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ សម្ដេចអគ្គមហាសេនាបតីតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន ប្រធានព្រឹទ្ធសភា នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងជាប្រធានសន្និសីទប្រធានសភានៃអន្តរសភាលើកទី២ (ISC-2) នៅអគារអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានពន្ធដារ។

ពិធីបើកសន្និសីទដ៏មានសារសំខាន់នេះ ត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរសភា និងជំរុញការពិភាក្សាលើការលើកកម្ពស់សន្តិភាព ស្ថិរភាព និងវិបុលភាពរួម តាមរយៈការអនុវត្តច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ និងការដោះស្រាយជម្លោះដោយសន្តិវិធី ដើរទន្ទឹមគ្នានឹងការកសាងស្មារតីសាមគ្គីភាព និងភាពជាដៃគូជិតស្និទ្ធរវាងបណ្តាសភានៃបណ្តាប្រទេសក្នុងតំបន់ និងសកលលោក។

H.E. SOK Soken, Minister of Inspection, attended the Opening Ceremony of the 2nd Inter-Parliamentary Speakers’ Conference (ISC-2) under the theme “Solidarity for Peace and Shared Prosperity: Strengthening International Law and Peaceful Conflict Resolution,” held under the high presidency of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN Sen, President of the Senate of the Kingdom of Cambodia and President of the ISC-2, at the General Department of Taxation headquarters.

This significant opening ceremony was organized to strengthen inter-parliamentary cooperation and foster dialogue on promoting peace, stability, and shared prosperity through the implementation of international law and peaceful conflict resolution, alongside building a spirit of solidarity and close partnership among parliaments across the region and the globe.
