ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បានអញ្ជើញដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំ ដើម្បីពិនិត្យ និងពិភាក្សាលើពាក្យសុំអន្តរាគមន៍របស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋនៅខេត្តសៀមរាប ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំទទួលបន្ទុកការងារបណ្ដឹង និងមន្រ្តីជំនាញ នៅទីស្ដីការក្រសួង។ ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំទទួលបន្ទុក បានធ្វើបទបង្ហាញយ៉ាងលម្អិតអំពីវឌ្ឍនភាពនៃការងារពិនិត្យ និងដោះស្រាយលើពាក្យសុំអន្តរាគមន៍ខាងលើនាកន្លងមក ជូនអង្គប្រជុំដើម្បីពិនិត្យ និងពិភាក្សា។

ថ្លែងក្នុងអង្គប្រជុំ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានបញ្ជាក់យ៉ាងច្បាស់អំពីសារៈសំខាន់នៃការចុះអង្កេតស្រាវជ្រាវ និងការដោះស្រាយលើពាក្យសុំអន្តរាគមន៍ខាងលើ ដោយត្រូវអនុវត្តឱ្យបានហ្មត់ចត់ និងត្រឹមត្រូវតាមលិខិតបទដ្ឋានគតិយុត្តនានារបស់ក្រសួង ស្របតាម «យុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ ព៤ជ៤» ដើម្បីឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងពាក្យសុំអន្តរាគមន៍របស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋឱ្យបានទាន់ពេលវេលា ត្រឹមត្រូវ និងយុត្តិធម៌។

H.E. SOK Soken, Minister of Inspection, chaired a meeting to review and discuss an intervention petition submitted by citizens in Siem Reap province, with the participation of leaders in charge of complaint resolution and relevant technical officials, at the ministry. On that occasion, the leaders in charge presented a detailed report on the progress made in reviewing and handling the aforementioned intervention petition for the meeting’s review and discussion.

Speaking at the meeting, H.E. Minister underscored the importance of thorough investigation and resolution of the intervention request, emphasizing that the process must be conducted meticulously and in strict compliance with the ministry’s regulatory instruments, aligned with the “S4P4 Strategy,” to deliver a timely, accurate, and fair resolution for the citizens.
