ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមក្នុងពិធី “សំណេះសំណាលជាមួយអាចារ្យ អាចារិនី ទូទាំងប្រទេសលើកទី១១” ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា នៅវិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិអប់រំ។
