តាងនាមរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីអបអរសាទរខួបលើកទី៧៧ នៃការបង្កើតសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតប្រជាធិបតេយ្យកូរ៉េ ដែលរៀបចំឡើងដោយស្ថានទូតសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតប្រជាធិបតេយ្យកូរ៉េប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា នៅសណ្ឋាគារកាំបូឌីយ៉ាណា។

រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ថ្ងៃទី៨ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ – តាងនាមរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីអបអរសាទរខួបលើកទី៧៧ នៃការបង្កើតសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតប្រជាធិបតេយ្យកូរ៉េ ដែលរៀបចំឡើងដោយស្ថានទូតសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតប្រជាធិបតេយ្យកូរ៉េប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា នៅសណ្ឋាគារកាំបូឌីយ៉ាណា។ ក្នុងឱកាសនៃពិធីអបអរសាទរនេះ ក៏មានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមជាកិត្តិយសពី ឯកឧត្តមកិត្តិនីតិកោសលបណ្ឌិត ឱម យ៉ិនទៀង ទេសរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ប្រធានអង្គភាពប្រឆាំងអំពើពុករលួយ, លោក PAK Chol Jun ភារធារីនៃស្ថានទូតសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតប្រជាធិបតេយ្យកូរ៉េប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា, ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ តំណាងក្រសួង ស្ថាប័ន, តំណាងអង្គទូតបរទេសប្រចាំនៅព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងភ្ញៀវកិត្តិយសជាច្រើនរូបផងដែរ។

ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានចូលរួមអបអរសាទរយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅចំពោះរដ្ឋាភិបាល និងប្រជាជននៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតប្រជាធិបតេយ្យកូរ៉េ ក្នុងការរៀបចំខួបគម្រប់ ៧៧ឆ្នាំការបង្កើតសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតប្រជាធិបតេយ្យកូរ៉េ និងបានថ្លែងអំពីសារៈសំខាន់នៃចំណងមិត្តភាព និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការមិត្តភាពរវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរ ដែលមានរយៈពេលជាង ៦ទសវត្សន៍កន្លងមកនេះបានផ្ដល់នូវផលប្រយោជន៍ទៅវិញទៅមកសម្រាប់ប្រជាជន និងប្រជាជន ក៏ដូចជាការលើកកម្ពស់សន្តិភាព ស្ថិរភាព និងវិបុលភាព។

ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ថា ក្រោមការដឹកនាំប្រកបដោយចក្ខុវិស័យវែងឆ្ងាយរបស់សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលអាណត្តិទី៧ បាននិងកំពុងអនុវត្តយុទ្ធសាស្ត្របញ្ចកោណ-ដំណាក់កាលទី១ ប្រកបដោយជំនឿជឿជាក់ និងទំនួលខុសត្រូវខ្ពស់ ក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍសង្គម-សេដ្ឋកិច្ចជាតិ។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះដែរ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ក៏បានរំលេចអំពីយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ «ព៤ជ៤» របស់ក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច ដែលស្របតាមយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តបញ្ចកោណ-ដំណាក់កាលទី១។

Phnom Penh, September 8, 2025 – On behalf of the Royal Government of Cambodia, H.E. Sok Soken, Minister of Inspection, presided over the celebration of the 77th Anniversary of the Founding of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, organized by the Embassy of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea to the Kingdom of Cambodia at the Cambodiana Hotel. On this auspicious occasion, distinguished guests also in attendance included H.E. Kittinitikosalbindit Om Yentieng, Senior Minister, President of Anti-Corruption Unit (ACU), Mr. Pak Chol Jun, Chargé d’Affaires of the Embassy of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea to the Kingdom of Cambodia, Excellencies and Lok Chumteaves representing ministries/institutions, representatives of the diplomatic corps accredited to the Kingdom of Cambodia, as well as many other distinguished guests.

H.E. Minister warmly extended his heartfelt congratulations to the Government and people of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea on the occasion of the 77th Anniversary of the Founding of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, and underscored the significance of the longstanding bonds of friendship and cooperative relations between the two countries which, over the past six decades, have brought mutual benefits to the peoples of both nations while also contributing to the promotion of peace, stability, and prosperity.

H.E. Minister highlighted that, under the farsighted leadership of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, the Royal Government of the 7th Legislature has been and continues to implement the Pentagonal Strategy–Phase I with firm confidence and high responsibility in advancing national socio-economic development. H.E. Minister further emphasized the Ministry of Inspection’s “S4P4” Strategy, which is fully aligned with the Pentagonal Strategy–Phase I.
