រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ៖ ថ្ងៃទី១ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ – ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បានអញ្ជើញដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំ ដើម្បីត្រួតពិនិត្យ និងតាមដានវឌ្ឍនភាពនៃការងារធនធានមនុស្ស និងកំណែទម្រង់រដ្ឋបាលសាធារណៈរបស់ក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច នៅទីស្ដីការក្រសួង ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្រ្តីរាជការជាច្រើនរូប។

អង្គប្រជុំបានពិនិត្យពិភាក្សា និងតាមដានវឌ្ឍនភាពការងារសំខាន់ៗពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការងារគ្រប់គ្រង និងអភិវឌ្ឍធនធានមនុស្ស និងការងារកំណែទម្រង់រដ្ឋបាលសាធារណៈរបស់ក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច ដោយទទួលបាននូវធាតុចូលសំខាន់ៗ សំដៅពង្រឹងវិន័យមន្រ្តីរាជការ និងការពង្រឹងការគ្រប់គ្រងវត្តមានមន្រ្តីរាជការរបស់ក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច, ការពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពមន្រ្តីតាមរយៈការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលមន្រ្តីរាជការដែលមានភាពប្រទាក់ក្រឡាគ្នារវាងអង្គភាពនានាជាមួយនឹងវិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិអធិការកិច្ច និងពិនិត្យការងារវិភាគមុខងារ និងរចនាសម្ព័ន្ធក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច។

ជាទីបញ្ចប់ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី បានណែនាំឱ្យថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្រ្តីរាជការពាក់ព័ន្ធត្រូវខិតខំរៀបចំទុកដាក់ផ្ទះឱ្យបានរៀបរយនិងពង្រឹងវិន័យព្រមទាំងការគ្រប់គ្រងវត្តមានមន្រ្តីរាជការឱ្យកាន់តែល្អប្រសើរឡើងបន្ថែមទៀត, ត្រៀមលក្ខណៈឱ្យបានពេញលេញនិងទាន់ពេលវេលាសម្រាប់ការវិភាគមុខងារនិងរចនាសម្ព័ន្ធក្រសួង និងពង្រឹងការងារកំណែទម្រង់រដ្ឋបាលសាធារណៈរបស់ក្រសួង ស្របតាមការណែនាំរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល និងក្រសួងមុខងារសាធារណៈ និងគិតគូរទៅលើយន្តការនៃការពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពស្ថាប័ននិងការអភិវឌ្ឍធនធានមនុស្សរបស់ក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ចឱ្យកាន់តែពេញលេញ និងមានភាពប្រទាក់ក្រឡាជាប្រព័ន្ធស្របតាមយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តព៤ជ៤របស់ក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច៕

H.E. Minister SOK Soken Presides Over a Meeting at the Ministry

Phnom Penh, 1 December 2025 – H.E. SOK Soken, Minister of Inspection, presided over a meeting to review and monitor the progress of the Ministry’s human resource work and public administration reform, with the participation of leaders and officials, at the Ministry.

The meeting reviewed, discussed, and monitored key progress related to human resource management and development, as well as the Ministry of Inspection’s public administration reform, gaining important inputs aimed at strengthening civil servants’ discipline and improving attendance management within the Ministry, strengthening the capacity of officials through civil servant training in a manner consistent across various units and the National Institute of Inspection, and reviewing the functional analysis and organizational structure of the Ministry.

In conclusion, H.E. Minister advised the leaders and relevant officials to continue strengthening order and discipline, enhance attendance management within the Ministry, ensure thorough and timely preparation for the functional analysis and organizational structure of the Ministry, continue advancing the Ministry’s public administration reform efforts in line with the guidance of the Royal Government and the Ministry of Civil Service, and further consider mechanisms to strengthen institutional capacity and human resource development of the Ministry of Inspection in a more systematic and consistent manner, in accordance with the Ministry’s S4P4 Strategy.
