ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច និងជាអនុប្រធាននៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិដោះស្រាយវិវាទក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធតុលាការ (អ.ដ.ក.) បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី១២ របស់ អ.ដ.ក. ក្រោមអធិបតីភាព ឯកឧត្តម កើត រិទ្ធ ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងយុត្ដិធម៌ និងជាប្រធានអ.ដ.ក. នៅទីស្ដីការក្រសួងយុត្តិធម៌ ដើម្បីពិនិត្យ និងពិភាក្សាលើរបៀបវារៈដូចខាងក្រោម៖

១- សេចក្ដីរាយការណ៍សង្ខេបស្ដីពីសកម្មភាពការងាររបស់ អ.ដ.ក. នៅចន្លោះកិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី១១ និងលើកទី១២ នៃ អ.ដ.ក.

២- ពិនិត្យ និងសម្រេចលើសេចក្ដីព្រាងផែនការការងារឆ្នាំ ២០២៦ របស់ អ.ដ.ក.

៣- ពិនិត្យ និងសម្រេចលើការស្នើសុំផ្ដល់នីតិសម្បទាជាមន្ត្រីសម្រុះសម្រួលដោះស្រាយវិវាទ ជំនាន់ទី៣

៤- បញ្ហាផ្សេងៗ។

H.E. SOK Soken, Minister of Inspection, Vice-President of the National Authority For Alternative Dispute Resolution (NADR), attended the 12th meeting of the NADR, under the presidency of H.E. KOEUT Rith, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Justice, President of the NADR, at the Ministry of Justice, to review and discuss the following agenda:

1- Summary report on the activities of the NADR between the 11th and 12th meetings

2- Review and approval of the draft 2026 work plan of the NADR

3- Review and approval of the request for accreditation of the third cohort of dispute resolution officers

4- Other matters.
