ក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំត្រួតពិនិត្យវឌ្ឍនភាពការរៀបចំផែនការសកម្មភាពការងារអធិការកិច្ច និងតាមដានការអនុវត្តច្បាប់ប្រចាំឆ្នាំ២០២៧ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បានមានប្រសាសន៍ណែនាំដល់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្រ្តីថា៖ «ផែនការអធិការកិច្ចនិងតាមដានការអនុវត្តឆ្នាំ២០២៧នេះ គឺត្រូវផ្អែកលើហានិភ័យនិងមានរូបមន្តច្បាស់លាស់ ដោយកំណត់ពេលវេលាឱ្យបានជាក់លាក់នៃដំណើរការនៃការធ្វើអធិការកិច្ច ដែលខ្លឹមសារនិងពេលវេលាជាក់លាក់នៃការងារអធិការកិច្ចសំខាន់ៗត្រូវបញ្ចូលក្នុង វិធាននិងនីតិវិធីប្រតិបត្តិអធិការកិច្ចនិងតាមដានការអនុវត្តច្បាប់ ឱ្យបានពេញលេញ»

ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បានអញ្ជើញដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំដើម្បីត្រួតពិនិត្យ តាមដានវឌ្ឍនភាព ព្រមទាំងផ្ដល់ទិសដៅការងារពាក់ព័ន្ធការរៀបចំផែនការសកម្មភាពការងារអធិការកិច្ច និងតាមដានការអនុវត្តច្បាប់ប្រចាំឆ្នាំ២០២៧ ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្រ្តីជំនាញ ទទួលបន្ទុកការងារអធិការកិច្ចនិងតាមដានការអនុវត្តច្បាប់ នៅទីស្ដីការក្រសួង។

ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ អង្គប្រជុំបានពិនិត្យ និងពិភាក្សាយ៉ាងផុសផុលនិងហ្មត់ចត់លើការកំណត់ទិសដៅ និងផែនការសកម្មភាពអធិការកិច្ចសម្រាប់ការចុះធ្វើអធិការកិច្ចនិងតាមដានការអនុវត្តច្បាប់តាមបណ្ដាក្រសួង/ស្ថាប័ន និងរដ្ឋបាលថ្នាក់ក្រោមជាតិឱ្យចំគោលដៅផ្អែកលើហានិភ័យ និងឱ្យមានលទ្ធផលជាក់ស្តែង ប្រកបដោយសង្គតិភាព និងប្រសិទ្ធភាពខ្ពស់ ស្របតាមចក្ខុវិស័យនិងកំណែទម្រង់របស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល សំដៅចូលរួមចំណែកលើកកម្ពស់តម្លាភាព គុណភាព ប្រសិទ្ធភាព និងភាពស្អាតស្អំក្នុងរដ្ឋបាលសាធារណៈ ព្រមទាំងអភិបាលកិច្ច។

During the meeting to review the progress of preparing the 2027 Inspection and Monitoring Regulatory Compliance Work Action Plan, H.E. Minister of Inspection advised the leaders and officials that: “This 2027 inspection and monitoring plan must be risk-based and driven by a clear formula, establishing specific timelines for the inspection process, wherein key content and specific operational schedules must be fully incorporated into the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for inspection and monitoring regulatory compliance.”

H.E. SOK Soken, Minister of Inspection, chaired the meeting to review and monitor work progress as well as provide strategic directives on the preparation of the 2027 Inspection and Monitoring Regulatory Compliance Work Action Plan, with the participation of leaders and technical officials in charge of inspection and monitoring regulatory compliance at the Ministry.

On that occasion, the meeting engaged in an active and thorough discussion on defining the directions and action plans for conducting targeted, risk-based inspection and monitoring regulatory compliance across various ministries, institutions, and sub-national administrations to achieve concrete, consistent, and highly effective results in line with the Royal Government’s vision and reforms, aimed at contributing to the enhancement of transparency, quality, and efficiency of governance as well as integrity in public administration.
