ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បានអញ្ជើញដឹកនាំគណៈប្រតិភូក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច ជួបប្រជុំទ្វេភាគីជាមួយ ឯកឧត្តម វៀង គួក ឌ័ន (Nguyễn Quốc Đoàn) អគ្គអធិការ នៃអធិការកិច្ចរដ្ឋាភិបាលវៀតណាម ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីតំណាងទូតនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជាប្រចាំសាធារណរដ្ឋសង្គមនិយមវៀតណាម ព្រមទាំងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្រ្តីជំនាញ នៃក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច និងអធិការកិច្ចរដ្ឋាភិបាលវៀតណាម នៅទីស្ដីការ អធិការកិច្ចរដ្ឋាភិបាលវៀតណាម។

ថ្លែងក្នុងជំនួបនោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានសម្តែងនូវការអបអរសាទរជាថ្មីម្ដងទៀតជូនចំពោះ ឯកឧត្តម វៀង គួក ឌ័ន ដែលត្រូវបានតែងតាំងជាអគ្គអធិការ នៃអធិការកិច្ចរដ្ឋាភិបាលវៀតណាម ព្រមទាំងបានចូលរួមអបអរសាទរខួប ៨១ឆ្នាំ នៃទិវាឯករាជ្យជាតិវៀតណាម ដែលប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនាពេលកន្លងទៅ។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តីបានរំលឹកពីទំនាក់ទំនងដ៏ជិតស្និទ្ធរវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរ ស្របតាមស្មារតីនៃ «ភាពជាអ្នកជិតខាងល្អ មិត្តភាពជាប្រពៃណី កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយ និងស្ថិរភាពយូរអង្វែង» រួមទាំងវិស័យអធិការកិច្ចដែលបានចាប់ផ្តើម និងពូនជ្រុំតាំងពីឆ្នាំ២០០៥ ដោយអតីតថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំក្រសួងមុនៗ ជាពិសេស សម្តេចកិត្តិសង្គហបណ្ឌិត ម៉ែន សំអន ឧត្តមប្រឹក្សាផ្ទាល់ព្រះមហាក្សត្រ។

ជាមួយគ្នានេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ថា ដោយបន្តឈរលើមាគ៌ាដឹកនាំដ៏ត្រឹមត្រូវរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលអាណត្តិកន្លងទៅ ក្រោមការដឹកនាំប្រកបដោយគតិបណ្ឌិតរបស់ សម្តេចអគ្គមហាសេនាបតីតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន, ក្នុងនីតិកាលទី៧ នៃរដ្ឋសភានេះ រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ក្រោមការដឹកនាំប្រកបដោយចក្ខុវិស័យវែងឆ្ងាយ និងប្រាកដនិយមរបស់ សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានដាក់ចេញនូវយុទ្ធសាស្ត្របញ្ចកោណ-ដំណាក់កាលទី១ ដោយផ្តោតលើការងារកំណែទម្រង់ និងការពង្រឹងអភិបាលកិច្ច ដើម្បីធ្វើទំនើបកម្មស្ថាប័នរដ្ឋឱ្យក្លាយជា រដ្ឋបាលសាធារណៈទំនើបប្រកបដោយសមត្ថភាពខ្ពស់ ខ្លាំង វៃឆ្លាត និងស្អាតស្អំ។

ជាកិច្ចបញ្ចប់ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានជម្រាបជូនអំពីវឌ្ឍនភាពការងារគន្លឹះ និងសមិទ្ធផលសំខាន់ៗដែលក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ចសម្រេចបានតាមរយៈយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ «ព៤ជ៤» ដូចជា ការចុះធ្វើអធិការកិច្ច, ការដោះស្រាយបណ្តឹងតវ៉ានិងបរិហារ, ការតាមដានការអនុវត្តច្បាប់, ការរៀបចំវេទិកាសាធារណៈ, ព្រមទាំងការរៀបចំសេចក្តីព្រាងច្បាប់ និងលិខិទបទដ្ឋានគតិយុត្តនានា ព្រមទាំងបានបញ្ជាក់ពីការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តយ៉ាងមុតមាំក្នុងការបន្តពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការយ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធជាមួយស្ថាប័នអធិការកិច្ចវៀតណាម តាមរយៈការផ្លាស់ប្តូរបទពិសោធ ការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលមន្ត្រី និងការប្រើប្រាស់បច្ចេកវិទ្យាឌីជីថល ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់តម្លាភាព អភិបាលកិច្ចល្អ និងភាពស្អាតស្អំក្នុងរដ្ឋបាលសាធារណៈនៃប្រទេសទាំងពីរ។

H.E. SOK Soken, Minister of Inspection, led the delegation of the Ministry of Inspection in a bilateral meeting with H.E. Mr. Nguyễn Quốc Đoàn, Inspector General of the Government Inspectorate of Viet Nam, with the participation of the representative from the Embassy of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, alongside leaders and technical officers from both the Ministry of Inspection and the Government Inspectorate of Viet Nam, held at the headquarters of the Government Inspectorate of Viet Nam.

During the meeting, H.E. Minister extended his congratulations once again to H.E. Mr. Nguyễn Quốc Đoàn on his appointment as Inspector General of the Government Inspectorate of Viet Nam, while also conveying congratulations on the recent 81st Anniversary of the National Day of Viet Nam. Furthermore, H.E. Minister recalled the close relations between the two countries, founded on the spirit of “Good Neighborliness, Traditional Friendship, Comprehensive Cooperation, and Long-Lasting Stability,” including in the inspection sector, which was initiated and cultivated since 2005 by previous ministerial leaders, particularly Samdech Kittisangahapundit MEN Sam An, Supreme Advisor to His Majesty the King.

H.E. Minister emphasized that building upon the sound leadership path of previous government mandates under the wise leadership of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN Sen, the Royal Government of Cambodia in the 7th Mandate of the National Assembly, under the wise and pragmatic leadership of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei HUN Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, has launched the Pentagonal Strategy – Phase I, focusing on reform efforts and governance strengthening to modernize state institutions into a high-capacity, strong, smart, and clean public administration.

In conclusion, H.E. Minister outlined key progress and major achievements accomplished by the Ministry of Inspection through “S4P4” Strategy, including inspection work, handling of complaints and denunciations, monitoring regulatory compliance, organizing public forums, as well as drafting laws and legal instruments, and reaffirmed the steadfast commitment to continuing close cooperation with the Government Inspectorate of Viet Nam through the exchange of experiences, officer capacity building, and the utilization of digital technology to enhance transparency, good governance, and integrity in the public administration of both nations.
