ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បានអញ្ជើញដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំប្រចាំសប្តាហ៍ដើម្បីពិនិត្យ និងតាមដានវឌ្ឍនភាពការងាររៀបចំសេចក្តីព្រាងប្រកាសស្តីពីក្រមសីលធម៌មន្ត្រី និងបទបញ្ជាផ្ទៃក្នុងរបស់ក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច, ផែនការសកម្មភាពការងារអធិការកិច្ចនិងតាមដានការអនុវត្តច្បាប់ ព្រមទាំងឯកសារទស្សនាទាននៃការរៀបចំច្បាប់ស្តីពីអធិការកិច្ច ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្រ្តីរាជការជាច្រើនរូប នៅទីស្ដីការក្រសួង។

នាឱកាសនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំ លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋលេខាធិការប្រចាំការ និងឯកឧត្តម ដែលជាថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំបានរាយការណ៍អំពីវឌ្ឍនភាពនៃការរៀបចំលិខិតបទដ្ឋានគតិយុត្តទាំងពីរនេះ, ការរៀបចំផែនការផែនការសកម្មភាពការងារអធិការកិច្ចនិងតាមដានការអនុវត្តច្បាប់ និងឯកសារទស្សនាទាននៃការរៀបចំច្បាប់ស្តីពីអធិការកិច្ច។ ឆ្លៀតក្នុងឱកាសនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ចំពោះកិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរបស់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្ត្រីពាក់ព័ន្ធ ដែលបានរៀបចំលិខិតបទដ្ឋានគតិយុត្តទាំងនេះ និងឯកសារសំខាន់ៗ ព្រមទាំងបានផ្តល់អនុសាសន៍សំខាន់ៗក្នុងការរៀបចំកិច្ចការទាំងនេះឱ្យមានលក្ខណៈពេញលេញ សង្គតិភាព និងភាពប្រទាក់ក្រឡា សំដៅធ្វើយ៉ាងណាឱ្យមានសុខដុមនីយកម្មនៃការងារត្រួតពិនិត្យជាប្រព័ន្ធ។ ទន្ទឹមនឹងនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ក៏បានចង្អុលបង្ហាញអំពីសារៈសំខាន់នៃយន្តការក្នុងវិស័យដើម្បីចូលរួមពង្រឹងអភិបាលកិច្ច ដែលជាស្នូលនៃយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តបញ្ចកោណ-ដំណាក់កាលទី១ របស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល សំដៅចូលរួមបម្រើផលប្រយោជន៍របស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋជារួម។

ជាទីបញ្ចប់ អង្គប្រជុំបានឈ្វេងយល់ ពិភាក្សា និងផ្តល់ធាតុចូលយ៉ាងផុសផុលទៅលើវឌ្ឍនភាពនៃការរៀបចំលិខិតបទដ្ឋានគតិយុត្ត និងឯកសារសំខាន់ៗរបស់ក្រសួងឱ្យកាន់តែមានភាពប្រសើរ ទន្ទឹមនឹងការអនុវត្តយុទ្ធសាស្រ្ត «ព៤ជ៤» របស់ក្រសួង។

H.E. SOK Soken, Minister of Inspection, chaired the weekly meeting to review and monitor the progress of the preparation of the draft Prakas on the Code of Conduct for officials and the Internal Regulations of the Ministry of Inspection, the action plan for inspection work and monitoring regulatory compliance, as well as the Concept Note for drafting the Law on Inspection, with the participation of leaders and officials, at the Ministry.

During the meeting, Lok Chumteav Permanent Secretary of State and Excellencies, as leaders, reported on the progress of the preparation of these legal instruments, the development of the action plan for inspection work and monitoring regulatory compliance, and the Concept Note for drafting the Law on Inspection. Taking this opportunity, H.E. Minister highly appreciated the efforts of the leaders and relevant officials in preparing these legal instruments and key documents, and provided important recommendations to ensure that these tasks are comprehensive, consistent, and well-integrated, with a view to achieving systemic harmonization of inspection work. At the same time, H.E. Minister also highlighted the importance of mechanisms in the sector in contributing to strengthening governance, which is at the core of the Pentagonal Strategy – Phase I of the Royal Government, aimed at serving the overall interests of the people.

In conclusion, the meeting thoroughly reviewed, discussed, and provided extensive inputs on the progress of the preparation of legal instruments and key documents of the Ministry, to further enhance quality, alongside the continued implementation of the Ministry’s S4P4 Strategy.
