ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច និងជាប្រធានក្រុមការងារតាមដាន និងត្រួតពិនិត្យការអនុវត្តយុទ្ធសាស្រ្ត ព៤ជ៤ របស់ក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បានអញ្ជើញដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំដើម្បីពិនិត្យ និងតាមដានវឌ្ឍនភាពការងាររបស់អនុក្រុមការងារ លើកកម្ពស់សម្ថភាពស្ថាប័ន និងអភិវឌ្ឍធនធានមនុស្ស ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងសមាជិក សមាជិកា នៃអនុក្រុមការងារ នៅទីស្ដីការក្រសួង។
ក្នុងឱកាសនេះ ឯកឧត្តម ចាប សុថារឹទ្ធ ប្រធានអនុក្រុមការងារលើកកម្ពស់សម្ថភាពស្ថាប័ន និងអភិវឌ្ឍធនធានមនុស្សបានធ្វើបទបង្ហាញជូនអង្គប្រជុំអំពីបញ្ហាប្រឈម សមិទ្ធផលការងារ និងផែនការសកម្មភាពការងារគាំទ្រសំខាន់ៗរបស់ក្រសួង។
ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ចំពោះលទ្ធផលការងារដែលថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ សមាជិក និងសមាជិកាទាំងអស់នៃអនុក្រុមការងារសម្រេចបាននាពេលនេះ និងបានផ្តល់ការណែនាំដល់អនុក្រុមការងារឱ្យបន្តកិច្ចខិតខំដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាប្រឈមនានា ពង្រឹងនិងជំរុញការអនុវត្តមុខងារគាំទ្រសំខាន់ៗស្របតាមយុទ្ធសាស្រ្ត «ព៤ជ៤» ក៏ដូចជាសហការជាមួយអនុក្រុមការងារពាក់ព័ន្ធនៃក្រុមការងារតាមដាននិងត្រួតពិនិត្យការអនុវត្តយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តព៤ជ៤ឱ្យបានពេញលេញ សំដៅអភិវឌ្ឍសមត្ថភាពស្ថាប័ន និងអភិវឌ្ឍធនធានមនុស្ស ឱ្យកាន់តែល្អប្រសើរបន្ថែមទៀត។

SOK Soken, Minister of Inspection and Chairman of the Working Group for Monitoring the Implementation of the Ministry of Inspection’s S4P4 Strategy, chaired a meeting to review and monitor the work progress of the Sub-Working Group on Institutional Capacity Building and Human Resources Development, with the participation of leaders and members of the sub-working group at the Ministry.
On this occasion, H.E. CHAP Sotharith, Chairman of the Sub-Working Group on Institutional Capacity Building and Human Resources Development, presented a briefing to the meeting regarding challenges, achievements, and key supporting action plans of the Ministry.
H.E. Minister highly valued the work results achieved by the leaders and all members of the sub-working group, and instructed the sub-working group to continue efforts to address challenges, strengthen and promote the implementation of key supporting functions in line with the “S4P4” Strategy, and cooperate with other relevant sub-working groups to further enhance institutional capacity and human resources development.
