ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច និងជាអនុប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលផ្ទះយុវជនដើម្បីមិត្តភាពកម្ពុជា-ចិន (YHCCF) បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតី និងថ្លែងសុន្ទរកថាបិទ «វេទិកាពិភាក្សាស្ដីពីទស្សនាវដ្ដីសហសម័យកម្ពុជា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦» ក្រោមមូលបទ «សហសម័យកម្ពុជា ក្នុងបរិបទនៃការប្រែប្រួលនៃបរិបទសកល»

ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច និងជាអនុប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលផ្ទះយុវជនដើម្បីមិត្តភាពកម្ពុជា-ចិន (YHCCF) បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតី និងថ្លែងសុន្ទរកថាបិទ «វេទិកាពិភាក្សាស្ដីពីទស្សនាវដ្ដីសហសម័យកម្ពុជា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦» ក្រោមមូលបទ «សហសម័យកម្ពុជា ក្នុងបរិបទនៃការប្រែប្រួលនៃបរិបទសកល» ដែលវេទិកានេះត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងដោយផ្ទះយុវជនដើម្បីមិត្តភាពកម្ពុជា-ចិន សហការជាមួយមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា និងទស្សនាវដ្ដីពិភពលោកសម័យទំនើប ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំកម្ពុជា-ចិន តំណាងស្ថានទូតចិន អង្គទូត វាគ្មិន អ្នកស្រាវជ្រាវ យុវជន ស.ស.យ.ក និងសិស្ស-និស្សិត ជាច្រើនរូប។

ជាកិច្ចចាប់ផ្ដើម ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ចំពោះគំនិតផ្ដួចផ្ដើមនៃវេទិកានេះ ដែលជាចលករដ៏សំខាន់ក្នុងការតភ្ជាប់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំវ័យក្មេង ជំរុញការផ្លាស់ប្ដូរយុវជន វប្បធម៌ និងការស្រាវជ្រាវ ដើម្បីពង្រឹងមិត្តភាពនិងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការជាក់ស្ដែងរវាងប្រជាជន និងប្រជាជននៃប្រទេសកម្ពុជា-ចិន។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានរំលេចពីការវិវត្តជាប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្ររបស់កម្ពុជា ពីប្រទេសដែលធ្លាប់រងគ្រោះដោយសង្គ្រាម មកជាប្រទេសដែលមានសន្តិភាពពេញលេញក្រោមការដាក់ចេញនូវ «នយោបាយឈ្នះ-ឈ្នះ» របស់ សម្តេចអគ្គមហាសេនាបតីតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន ប្រធានព្រឹទ្ធសភា នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងបច្ចុប្បន្ន ក្រោមការដឹកនាំប្រកបដោយចក្ខុវិស័យវែងឆ្ងាយរបស់ សម្ដេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីនៃព្រះរាជាណាក្រកម្ពុជា កម្ពុជាកំពុងបន្តជំរុញការអភិវឌ្ឍជាតិប្រកបដោយភាពធន់តាមរយៈ «យុទ្ធសាស្ត្របញ្ចកោណ-ដំណាក់កាលទី១»។

ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានរំលេចពីការវិវត្តយ៉ាងឆាប់រហ័សនៃបរិបទសកល ដែលកំពុងប្រឈមនឹងភាពមិនប្រាកដប្រជាខ្ពស់ និងការប្រកួតប្រជែងភូមិសាស្ត្រនយោបាយ។ ទន្ទឹមនឹងនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានផ្ដល់នូវទស្សនទានជាយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រដោយផ្ដោតលើការប្រកាន់ខ្ជាប់សណ្ដាប់ធ្នាប់អន្តរជាតិផ្អែកលើច្បាប់ ការបន្តវិនិយោគលើសក្ដានុពលយុវជន ការអប់រំ និងការស្រាវជ្រាវ ការបង្កើនការផ្លាស់ប្ដូរវប្បធម៌ និងការតភ្ជាប់ប្រជាជននិងប្រជាជន ព្រមទាំងការពង្រឹងប្រព័ន្ធពហុភាគីនិយម កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការតំបន់ និងការរស់នៅជាមួយគ្នាដោយសន្តិសហវិជ្ជមាន។ ជាចុងក្រោយ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានបង្ហាញនូវភាពជឿជាក់ខ្ពស់ថា វេទិកានេះនឹងបន្តរីកលូតលាស់ជាគ្រឹះដ៏រឹងមាំក្នុងការជំរុញការផ្លាស់ប្ដូរចំណេះដឹង បណ្ដុះស្មារតីទទួលខុសត្រូវរួម និងពង្រឹងមិត្តភាពកម្ពុជា-ចិន ឱ្យកាន់តែស្ថិតស្ថេរនិងមានផ្លែផ្កាគួរជាទីមោទនៈតទៅអនាគត។

H.E. SOK Soken, Minister of Inspection and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Youth House for Cambodia-China Friendship (YHCCF), presided over and delivered the closing remarks at the “Contemporary World Cambodia Magazine Dialogue 2026” under the theme “Contemporary Cambodia in a Changing Global Landscape,” which was organized by the Youth House for Cambodia-China Friendship in cooperation with the Cambodia Development Center and the Contemporary World Magazine, with the participation of Cambodian and Chinese leaders, representatives from the Chinese Embassy, the diplomatic corps, speakers, researchers, UYFC youth, and numerous students.

Opening the meeting, H.E. Minister highly valued the initiative of this dialogue, which serves as an important driving force in connecting young leaders, promoting youth, cultural, and research exchanges to strengthen friendship and practical people-to-people cooperation between Cambodia and China. At the same time, H.E. Minister highlighted Cambodia’s historic transformation from a country once devastated by war into a nation enjoying full peace through the implementation of the “Win-Win Policy” introduced by Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN Sen, President of the Senate of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Today, under the visionary leadership of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei HUN Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, the nation continues to drive resilient national development through the “Pentagonal Strategy–Phase I.”

H.E. Minister also highlighted the rapid evolution of the global landscape, which faces high uncertainty and geopolitical competition. In this regard, H.E. Minister provided strategic insights focusing on upholding and strengthening the rules-based international order, continuing to invest in youth potential, education, and research, strengthening cultural exchanges and people-to-people connectivity, and reinforcing multilateralism, regional cooperation, and peaceful coexistence. In conclusion, H.E. Minister expressed high confidence that this dialogue will continue to grow as a solid foundation for promoting knowledge exchange, nurturing a spirit of shared responsibility, and strengthening the Cambodia-China friendship to be more enduring and fruitfully proud in the future.
