ក្នុងដំណើរការនៃការធ្វើជំរឿននៅក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមធ្វើជំរឿនដោយផ្ទាល់ ព្រមទាំងមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្រ្តីរាជការគ្រប់ជាន់ថ្នាក់នៃក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ចជាបន្តបន្ទាប់ ដើម្បីធ្វើជំរឿនដោយផ្ទាល់ តាមការកំណត់ដោយគណៈកម្មការធ្វើបច្ចុប្បន្នភាពរចនាសម្ព័ន្ធ និងជំរឿនមន្ត្រីជាក់ស្តែងនៅតាមរចនាសម្ព័ន្ធ និងក្រុមការងារចុះជំរឿនរបស់ក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច។

សូមជម្រាបជូនផងដែរថា ដំណើរការចុះជំរឿនរយៈពេល ២ថ្ងៃ របស់ក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី២៦ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦នេះ គឺធ្វើឡើងដើម្បីអនុវត្តតាមការណែនាំរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ក្នុងការជំរុញការធ្វើជំរឿនមន្ត្រីរាជការស៊ីវិលទូទាំងប្រទេសរបស់ក្រសួងមុខងារសាធារណៈ សំដៅផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់ទិន្នន័យក្នុងប្រព័ន្ធព័ត៌មាន ឱ្យស្របនឹងចំនួនមន្ត្រីដែលកំពុងបំពេញភារកិច្ចជាក់ស្តែង។ ការងារដ៏មានសារៈសំខាន់នេះ មិនត្រឹមតែជាការចូលរួមចំណែកក្នុងយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រកំណែទម្រង់រដ្ឋបាលសាធារណៈរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែថែមទាំងជាគ្រឹះដ៏សំខាន់ក្នុងការធ្វើបច្ចុប្បន្នភាពរចនាសម្ព័ន្ធផ្ទៃក្នុង ដើម្បីធានាបាននូវតម្លាភាព គណនេយ្យភាព និងបង្កើនប្រសិទ្ធភាពនៃការគ្រប់គ្រងធនធានមនុស្សរបស់ក្រសួងផងដែរ។

H.E. SOK Soken, Minister of Inspection, welcomed and accompanied H.E. HUN Many, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Civil Service, during his inspection visit to observe the ongoing census activities concerning actual officials serving within units under the Ministry of Inspection, at the Ministry.

During the census process at the Ministry of Inspection, H.E. Minister personally participated in the census activities, alongside the continued participation of leaders and civil servants at all levels of the Ministry, who took part in the census in accordance with the arrangements set by the Commission for Structural Updating and Census of Actual Officials, as well as the Ministry’s census working groups.

It should also be noted that the Ministry of Inspection’s two-day census operation, conducted from 26 to 27 May 2026, was undertaken in accordance with the Royal Government’s guidance on promoting the nationwide civil service census initiative led by the Ministry of Civil Service, with the aim of verifying data in the information system against the actual number of officials currently performing duties. This important work not only contributes to the Royal Government’s public administration reform strategy, but also serves as a key foundation for updating the Ministry’s internal organizational structure in order to ensure transparency, accountability, and enhanced efficiency in human resource management.
