ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមជាវាគ្មិនកិត្តិយសក្នុងកិច្ចពិភាក្សា នៃពិធីជប់លៀងពិសាអាហារជាមួយអតីតនិស្សិតអាហារូបករណ៍អូស្ត្រាលី ក្រោមប្រធានបទ៖ «ការអប់រំនៅប្រទេសអូស្ត្រាលីបានរួមចំណែកអភិវឌ្ឍជីវិត និងអាជីពការងាររបស់ខ្ញុំ»
ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមជាវាគ្មិនកិត្តិយសក្នុងកិច្ចពិភាក្សា នៃពិធីជប់លៀងពិសាអាហារជាមួយអតីតនិស្សិតអាហារូបករណ៍អូស្ត្រាលី ក្រោមប្រធានបទ៖ «ការអប់រំនៅប្រទេសអូស្ត្រាលីបានរួមចំណែកអភិវឌ្ឍជីវិត និងអាជីពការងាររបស់ខ្ញុំ» ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីសំណាក់ ឯកឧត្តម ហ៊ុន ម៉ានី ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងមុខងារសាធារណៈ វាគ្មិនកិត្តិយសនានា តំណាងក្រសួងស្ថាប័ននានា ឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋ/រាជទូត ព្រមទាំងភ្ញៀវកិត្តិយសជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិជាច្រើនរូប នៅសណ្ឋាគារសាំងហ្គ្រីឡាភ្នំពេញ។
ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានចែករំលែកនូវទស្សនទាននិងបទពិសោធនៃការសិក្សាអប់រំនិងការអនុវត្តការងារជាក់ស្តែង ព្រមទាំងទស្សនវិស័យនៃការដឹកនាំ ការគ្រប់គ្រង និងការអភិវឌ្ឍស្ថាប័ន ជាពិសេសការចូលរួមរបស់ក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ចក្នុងការពង្រឹងអភិបាលកិច្ច ការកែទម្រង់នានានា និងការលើកកម្ពស់ភាពស្អាតស្អំក្នុងរដ្ឋបាលសាធារណៈ ស្របតាមយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តបញ្ចកោណ-ដំណាក់កាលទី១ របស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល។ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី បានគូសបញ្ជាក់បន្ថែមអំពីសារៈសំខាន់នៃការសិក្សាអប់រំ ការបណ្តុះបណ្តាល ការកសាងនិងការអភិវឌ្ឍធនធានមនុស្ស ដែលជាសសរស្តម្ភគន្លឹះក្នុងការជំរុញការអភិវឌ្ឍស្ថាប័នឱ្យកាន់តែមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព តម្លាភាព និងគណនេយ្យភាព ដើម្បីបម្រើដល់ឧត្តមប្រយោជន៍ជាតិ និងប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ។

H.E. SOK Soken, Minister of Inspection, attended as an honorable guest speaker in a panel discussion at the Australian Alumni Dinner Reception under the theme: “How Australian Education Shaped My Life/Work,” with the participation of H.E. Hun Many, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Civil Service, honorable guest speakers, representatives from various ministries and institutions, ambassadors, as well as many national and international distinguished guests at Shangri-La Hotel Phnom Penh.
On that occasion, H.E. Minister shared his perspectives and experiences regarding education and practical work implementation, along with visions for leadership, management, and institutional development, particularly the Ministry of Inspection’s participation in strengthening governance, implementing various reforms, and promoting integrity in public administration in alignment with the Royal Government’s Pentagonal Strategy-Phase 1. H.E. Minister further highlighted the importance of education, training, and human resource building and development, which serve as key pillars in driving institutional development to be more effective, transparent, and accountable in order to serve the interests of the nation and the citizens.
