ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បានអញ្ជើញទទួលជួបសំណេះសំណាល ក៏ដូចជាផ្ដល់អនុសាសន៍ណែនាំដល់និស្សិតជ័យលាភីអាហារូបករណ៍ទៅសិក្សានៅសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិន ប្រទេសជប៉ុន ប្រទេសហុងគ្រី និងសាធារណរដ្ឋឆែក សរុប៦១នាក់ នៅទីស្ដីការក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច។

រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ថ្ងៃទី២៩ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ – ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បានអញ្ជើញទទួលជួបសំណេះសំណាល ក៏ដូចជាផ្ដល់អនុសាសន៍ណែនាំដល់និស្សិតជ័យលាភីអាហារូបករណ៍ទៅសិក្សានៅសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិន ប្រទេសជប៉ុន ប្រទេសហុងគ្រី និងសាធារណរដ្ឋឆែក សរុប៦១នាក់ នៅទីស្ដីការក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច។

ជាកិច្ចចាប់ផ្ដើម ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ព្រមទាំងនិស្សិតទាំងអស់បានធ្វើការស្មិងស្មាធិ៍ គោរពវិញ្ញាណក្ខន្ធវីរកងទ័ពដែលបានពលីជីវិតលើសមរភូមិប្រយុទ្ធជាមួយទ័ពឈ្លានពានថៃ ក្នុងបុព្វហេតុការពារដែនអធិបតេយ្យ និងបូរណភាពទឹកដីកម្ពុជា។

ថ្លែងក្នុងពិធីនោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី បានសម្តែងនូវការអបអរសាទរ និងកោតសរសើរ ព្រមទាំងបានណែនាំឱ្យនិស្សិតទាំងអស់ត្រូវប្រឹងប្រែងរៀនសូត្រ ក្រេបយកចំណេះដឹង និងបទពិសោធល្អៗពីបណ្ដាប្រទេសទាំងនោះ ដើម្បីកសាងសមត្ថភាពរបស់ខ្លួន និងបម្រើដល់ការអភិវឌ្ឍសង្គម និងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចកម្ពុជាប្រកបដោយចំណេះ ជំនាញ និងបទពិសោធពិតប្រាកដទៅតាមជំនាញរៀងៗខ្លួន។ បន្ថែមពីនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីបានលើកឡើងថា និស្សិតទាំងអស់ជាទូតសុឆន្ទៈរបស់កម្ពុជា ដែលដើរតួនាទីយ៉ាងសំខាន់ក្នុងការការពារផលប្រយោជន៍ជាតិ ជាពិសេសត្រូវចូលរួមលើកកម្ពស់កិត្យានុភាពជាតិនៅលើឆាកអន្តរជាតិ។

Phnom Penh, July 29 2025 – H.E. Sok Soken, Minister of Inspection, shared received a courtesy call from 61 scholarship recipients who will pursue their studies in the People’s Republic of China, Japan, Hungary, and the Czech Republic, wherein H.E. Minister shared valuable insights and guidance to the students at the Ministry of Inspection.

The session commenced with H.E. Minister and all participants observing a moment of silence in tribute to the heroic soldiers who sacrificed their lives on the battlefield in defense of Cambodia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity against Thai aggression.

In his address, H.E. Minister expressed his heartfelt congratulations and appreciation to all scholarship recipients, encouraging the students to dedicate themselves to their studies, acquire knowledge and experiences from those countries, and enhance their own capacity to contribute to Cambodia’s socio-economic development with competence, expertise, and practical experience in their respective fields. H.E. Minister emphasized that all students serve as ambassadors of Cambodia entrusted with the responsibility of safeguarding national interests and promoting the nation’s prestige on the international stage.
