ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បានអញ្ជើញដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំប្រចាំសប្តាហ៍ ដើម្បីពិនិត្យ និងពិភាក្សាលើវឌ្ឍនភាពនៃការរៀបចំឯកសារទស្សនាទាននៃសេចក្តីព្រាងច្បាប់ស្តីពីអធិការកិច្ច, ការរៀបចំវិធាន និងនីតិវិធីប្រតិបត្តិអធិការកិច្ច និងតាមដានការអនុវត្តច្បាប់, ការរៀបចំវិធាន និងនីតិវិធីប្រតិបត្តិ ដោះស្រាយបណ្តឹងតវ៉ា និងបណ្តឹងបរិហារ, ព្រមទាំងការងារផ្សព្វផ្សាយសមិទ្ធផលរបស់ក្រសួង ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្ត្រីរាជការនៃក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច ព្រមទាំងប្រធាន និងតំណាងមន្ទីរអធិការកិច្ចរាជធានី-ខេត្ត ទាំង២៥ តាមប្រព័ន្ធអនឡាញ នៅទីស្តីការក្រសួង។ ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំទទួលបន្ទុកការងារនីមួយៗ បានរាយការណ៍យ៉ាងលម្អិតជូនអង្គប្រជុំអំពីវឌ្ឍនភាពនៃការរៀបចំលិខិតបទដ្ឋានគតិយុត្តនានា ព្រមទាំងបានជជែកពិភាក្សា និងផ្តល់ធាតុចូលយ៉ាងផុលផុស ដើម្បីឱ្យការរៀបចំលិខិតបទដ្ឋានគតិយុត្ត និងការអនុវត្តការងារកាន់តែមានភាពគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយ និងប្រសិទ្ធភាពខ្ពស់។

ថ្លែងក្នុងអង្គប្រជុំ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណ និងវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ចំពោះថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្ត្រីរាជការទាំងថ្នាក់ជាតិ និងនៅតាមមន្ទីរអធិការកិច្ចរាជធានី ខេត្ត ដែលបានខិតខំអនុវត្តតួនាទីភារកិច្ច រហូតទទួលបានសមិទ្ធផលជាច្រើន នាពេលកន្លងមក ជាពិសេស លទ្ធផលនៃជំនួបពិភាក្សាការងាររវាងក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច និងគណៈកម្មការសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស ទទួលពាក្យបណ្តឹងនិងអង្កេត និងអធិការកិច្ច នៃរដ្ឋសភា ដែលបានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅប្រកបដោយភាពជោគជ័យខ្ពស់នាពេលថ្មីៗនេះ។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ក៏បានផ្តល់អនុសាសន៍ណែនាំឱ្យបន្តជំរុញ និងពន្លឿនការរៀបចំលិខិតបទដ្ឋានគតិយុត្តខាងលើឱ្យបានតាមផែនការកំណត់ ការរៀបចំផែនការសកម្មភាពការងារអធិការកិច្ច ការផ្សព្វផ្សាយសមិទ្ធផលក្រសួងឱ្យបានទូលំទូលាយ ព្រមទាំងណែនាំឱ្យពង្រឹងការអនុវត្តតួនាទីភារកិច្ចនិងការសម្របសម្រួលជាមួយមន្ទីរអធិការកិច្ចរាជធានី ខេត្ត ឱ្យកាន់តែមានប្រសិទ្ធភាពខ្ពស់ស្របតាមច្បាប់ និងលិខិតបទដ្ឋានគតិយុត្តជាធរមាន។

H.E. SOK Soken, Minister of Inspection, chaired a weekly meeting to review and discuss the progress on drafting the Concept Note for the Draft Law on Inspection, formulating Standard Operating Procedures for inspection operations and monitoring regulatory compliance and Standard Operating Procedures for resolving complaints and appeals, and promoting the ministry’s key achievements, with the participation of leaders and officials, alongside the heads and representatives of the 25 Municipal-Provincial Departments of Inspection via an online platform at the Ministry. On that occasion, leaders in charge of each portfolio delivered detailed reports to the meeting on the progress of drafting these legal and regulatory instruments, followed by active discussions and inputs to ensure that the development of legal frameworks and operational execution remain comprehensive and highly effective.

Speaking at the meeting, H.E. Minister expressed his appreciation for the dedicated efforts of leaders and civil servants at both national and municipal-provincial levels in fulfilling their roles and responsibilities, which led to numerous significant accomplishments—most notably the successful working meeting between the Ministry of Inspection and the Committee on Human Rights, Complaint Reception and Investigation, and Inspection of the National Assembly. Concurrently, H.E. Minister provided strategic guidance to accelerate the formulation of the aforementioned legal instruments according to schedule, streamline inspection action plans, expand public dissemination of the ministry’s achievements, and strengthen operational efficiency and coordination with the 25 Municipal-Provincial Departments of Inspection in accordance with existing laws and legal instruments.
