ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ ដែលជាប្រធាននៃអនុក្រុមការងារតាក់តែងសេចក្តីព្រាងច្បាប់ និងលិខិតបទដ្ឋានគតិយុត្ត, អនុក្រុមការងារពង្រឹងការងារអធិការកិច្ច និងតាមដានការអនុវត្តច្បាប់, អនុក្រុមការងារពង្រឹងការងារដោះស្រាយបណ្តឹង, អនុក្រុមការងារលើកកម្ពស់សមត្ថភាពស្ថាប័ន និងអភិវឌ្ឍធនធានមនុស្ស ព្រមទាំងលេខាធិការដ្ឋាន បានធ្វើបទបង្ហាញនិងរាយការណ៍ជូនអង្គប្រជុំអំពីសមិទ្ធផលការងារសំខាន់ៗ បញ្ហាប្រឈមនានា និងទិសដៅការងារនៃការអនុវត្តយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តព៤ជ៤។

ថ្លែងក្នុងអង្គប្រជុំ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណដល់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ សមាជិក និងសមាជិកានៃអនុក្រុមការងារទាំងអស់ ដែលបានខិតខំអនុវត្តផែនការសកម្មភាពនៃយុទ្ធសាស្រ្ត ព៤ជ៤ ឱ្យបានសម្រេចសមិទ្ធផលសំខាន់ៗជាបន្តបន្ទាប់។ ឆ្លៀតក្នុងឱកាសនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ក៏បានរំលឹកពីភាពជោគជ័យនៃដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចការងាររបស់គណៈប្រតិភូក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច នៅសាធារណរដ្ឋសង្គមនិយមវៀតណាម ដែលនឹងចូលរួមចំណែកយ៉ាងសំខាន់ដល់ការលើកកម្ពស់អភិបាលកិច្ច និងពង្រឹងភាពស្អាតស្អំក្នុងរដ្ឋបាលសាធារណៈ។

ជាចុងក្រោយ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី បានផ្តល់នូវអនុសាសន៍ណែនាំ និងតម្រង់ទិសសំខាន់ៗដល់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ សមាជិក និងសមាជិកា នៃអនុក្រុមការងារទាំងអស់ឱ្យបន្តខិតខំអនុវត្តការងារ ដើម្បីជំរុញ និងពន្លឿនការអនុវត្តផែនការសកម្មភាពយុទ្ធសាស្រ្ត ព៤ជ៤ ឱ្យបានទាន់ពេលវេលានិងពេញលេញ ជាពិសេសការជំរុញបញ្ចប់ការរៀបចំឯកសារទស្សនទានស្ដីពីការរៀបចំច្បាប់ស្តីពីអធិការកិច្ចឱ្យបានឆាប់ ការពង្រឹងការងាររបស់វិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិអធិការកិច្ច និងការជំរុញការធ្វើបរិវត្តកម្មឌីជីថលក្នុងការងារអធិការកិច្ចនិងការងារតាមដានការអនុវត្តច្បាប់, ការងារដោះស្រាយបណ្តឹង និងការងារគាំទ្រនានាឱ្យកាន់តែមានប្រសិទ្ធភាពបន្ថែមទៀត។

H.E. SOK Soken, Minister of Inspection, Chairman of the Working Group for Monitoring the Implementation of the Ministry’s “S4P4” Strategy, presided over a meeting to review the work progress of the Working Group, with the participation of leaders and members of the Working Group for Monitoring the Implementation of the Ministry’s “S4P4” Strategy, at the Ministry.

On this occasion, Excellencies and Lok Chumteavs, who are the heads of the Sub-Working Group for Drafting Laws and Regulatory Instruments, the Sub-Working Group for Strengthening Inspection Work and Monitoring Regulatory Compliance, the Sub-Working Group for Enhancing Dispute Resolution Mechanisms, and the Sub-Working Group for Capacity Building and Human Resource Development, alongside the Secretariat, presented reports detailing key achievements, existing challenges, and future directions in implementing the S4P4 Strategy.

Addressing the meeting, H.E. Minister expressed his gratitude to all sub-working group leaders and members for their dedication in implementing the S4P4 action plan to achieve continuous milestones and recalled the successful working visit of the Ministry of Inspection delegation to the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, highlighting its key contributions toward enhancing good governance and promoting integrity within public administration.

In conclusion, H.E. Minister provided strategic guidance and direction to all sub-working group leaders and members to continue their efforts in accelerating the timely and full implementation of the S4P4 action plan, especially expediting the finalization of the Concept Note for the Law on Inspection, strengthening the operations of the National Institute of Inspection, and driving digital transformation across inspection functions, monitoring regulatory compliance, compliant resolution, and other support mechanisms to achieve greater efficiency.
