បន្ទាប់ពីពិធីប្រកាសចូលកាន់មុខតំណែងប្រធានមន្ទីរអធិការកិច្ចខេត្តក្រចេះ បានបញ្ចប់ទៅដោយជោគជ័យ ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បានបន្តអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីសំណេះសំណាល និងសួរសុខទុក្ខថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្ត្រីនៃមន្ទីរអធិការកិច្ចខេត្តក្រចេះ ដើម្បីស្តាប់ដោយផ្ទាល់នូវស្ថានភាពការងារជាក់ស្តែង បញ្ហាប្រឈម សំណូមពរ ព្រមទាំងពិភាក្សាអំពីដំណោះស្រាយ និងទិសដៅការងារសំដៅលើកកម្ពស់ប្រសិទ្ធភាពការងារអធិការកិច្ចនៅថ្នាក់ក្រោមជាតិឱ្យកាន់តែប្រសើរឡើង ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្រ្តី នៃក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច និងមន្ទីរអធិការកិច្ច។

ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានសម្តែងនូវការកោតសរសើរ និងវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ចំពោះស្មារតីម្ចាស់ការ និងការខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរបស់មន្ទីរនាពេលកន្លងមក ក្នុងការអនុវត្តមុខងារភារកិច្ច ជាពិសេស យុទ្ធសាស្រ្ត «ព៤ជ៤» របស់ក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច។ ទន្ទឹមនឹងនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានរំលេចនូវសមិទ្ធផលការងារជាច្រើន ដែលក្រសួង និងមន្ទីរសម្រេចបានក្នុងនីតិកាលទី៧ គិតត្រឹមឆមាសទី១ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ តាមរយៈការចុះអធិការកិច្ច ២,៨០៧ អង្គភាព, ការដោះស្រាយបណ្តឹងបញ្ចប់ ១៨៨ បណ្តឹង, ការចុះតាមដានការអនុវត្តច្បាប់ ៣,៨៥៣ មុខសញ្ញា, ព្រមទាំងការចុះអប់រំផ្សព្វផ្សាយច្បាប់ និងរៀបចំវេទិកាសាធារណៈ ៦០០ លើក។ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ក៏បានរំលេចអំពីការដាក់ចេញនូវលិខិតបទដ្ឋានគតិយុត្តសំខាន់ៗ ដូចជា ប្រកាសស្ដីពីបទបញ្ជាផ្ទៃក្នុងរបស់ក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច ប្រកាសស្ដីពីក្រមសីលធម៌មន្ត្រីនៃក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច ព្រមទាំងលិខិតបទដ្ឋានគតិយុត្តផ្សេងៗជាច្រើនទៀត។ បន្ថែមពីនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី បានបញ្ជាក់ពីការរៀបចំឯកសារទស្សនាទានចំនួនពីរ សម្រាប់រៀបចំច្បាប់ស្តីពីអធិការកិច្ច និងច្បាប់ស្តីពីបណ្តឹងតវ៉ានិងបណ្តឹងបរិហារ និងគំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើមជាយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តរបស់ក្រសួង ជាពិសេសប្រព័ន្ធដាក់ពិន្ទុលើស្ថាប័នសាធារណៈ។

ជាចុងក្រោយ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានផ្តល់នូវអនុសាសន៍ណែនាំសំខាន់ៗដល់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្ត្រីនៃមន្ទីរអធិការកិច្ចខេត្តក្រចេះទាំងអស់ ដោយត្រូវបន្តថែរក្សាសមិទ្ធផលចាស់ និងខិតខំកសាងសមិទ្ធផលថ្មីៗបន្ថែមទៀត, ពង្រឹងសាមគ្គីភាព និងឯកភាពផ្ទៃក្នុង ដោយដឹកនាំដោយភាពជាគំរូ គ្មានការរើសអើង និងចាត់ទុកមន្ត្រីទាំងអស់ជាគ្រួសារតែមួយ, ពង្រឹងរបៀបរបបធ្វើការងារ បែងចែកភារកិច្ចច្បាស់លាស់ ប្រកាន់ខ្ជាប់នូវភាពស្អាតស្អំ សុចរិតភាព និងក្រមសីលធម៌វិជ្ជាជីវៈ, ព្រមទាំងបង្កើនកិច្ចសហការយ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធជាមួយគណៈអភិបាលខេត្ត និងមន្ទីរ-អង្គភាពពាក់ព័ន្ធ ក្នុងក្របខណ្ឌគណៈបញ្ជាការឯកភាពរដ្ឋបាលខេត្ត ដើម្បីរួមគ្នាបម្រើផលប្រយោជន៍ជូនជាតិ និងប្រជាជនឱ្យកាន់តែមានប្រសិទ្ធភាពខ្ពស់។

Following the successful conclusion of the Ceremony for the Announcement of the Appointment of the Head of the Kratie Provincial Department of Inspection, H.E. SOK Soken, Minister of Inspection, presided over a gathering and courtesy visit with the leaders and officials of the Kratie Provincial Department of Inspection, to directly assess operational conditions, review challenges and requests, and discuss solutions and strategic directions to enhance the effectiveness of inspection work at the sub-national level, with the participation of leaders and officials from both the Ministry of Inspection and the Provincial Department.

On this occasion, H.E. Minister expressed his appreciation for the department’s proactive ownership and dedicated efforts in fulfilling its duties, particularly in implementing the Ministry’s “S4P4 Strategy.” Concurrently, H.E. Minister highlighted key achievements accomplished by the Ministry and the provincial departments in the 7th Legislature as of the first semester of 2026, including conducting inspections across 2,807 entities, successfully resolving 188 complaints, monitoring regulatory compliance across 3,853 targets, and conducting 600 legal dissemination sessions and public forums. H.E. Minister also noted the establishment of crucial legal instruments, such as the Prakas on Internal Regulations of the Ministry of Inspection, the Prakas on the Code of Conduct for Officials of the Ministry of Inspection, alongside various other legal instruments. Furthermore, H.E. Minister highlighted the preparation of two concept notes for the drafting of the Law on Inspection and the Law on Complaints and Appeals, as well as key strategic initiatives of the Ministry, notably the Public Sector Scorecard.

In conclusion, H.E. Minister provided key strategic directives for the leaders and officials of the Kratie Provincial Department of Inspection, instructing them to: (1) preserve existing accomplishments while striving to build further new achievements; (2) strengthen internal solidarity and unity by leading by example without discrimination and treating all officials as one family; (3) refine operational workflows with clear duty assignments while upholding integrity, honesty, and professional ethics; and (4) enhance close cooperation with the Provincial Board of Governors and relevant departments and units within the framework of the Provincial Unified Command to serve the interests of the nation and the people with maximum efficiency.
