ខេត្តស្វាយរៀង ថ្ងៃទី១៨ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ – ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច អនុប្រធានក្រុមការងាររាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលចុះមូលដ្ឋានខេត្តស្វាយរៀង និងជាប្រធានក្រុមការងាររាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលចុះមូលដ្ឋានស្រុករមាសហែក បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីប្រកាសការកែសម្រួល និងចាត់តាំងសមាសភាពក្រុមការងាររាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលចុះមូលដ្ឋានស្រុករមាសហែក និងឃុំទាំង១៦ នៃស្រុករមាសហែក ខេត្តស្វាយរៀង នៅសាលាស្រុករមាសហែក ខេត្តស្វាយរៀង។
ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី និងជាប្រធានក្រុមការងារបានសម្តែងនូវការអបអរសាទរដល់ ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ លោក លោកស្រី ដែលទទួលបានសេចក្តីទុកចិត្ត និងត្រូវបានតែងតាំងជាអនុប្រធាន សមាជិក សមាជិកា ក្រុមការងាររាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលចុះមូលដ្ឋានស្រុក និងប្រធាន អនុប្រធាន សមាជិក និងសមាជិកាក្រុមការងារឃុំទាំង១៦ នៃស្រុករមាសហែក ខេត្តស្វាយរៀងនាពេលនេះ។ បន្ថែមលើនោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី និងជាប្រធានក្រុមការងារបានណែនាំឱ្យថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងសមាសភាពក្រុមការងារទាំងអស់ត្រូវបន្ដជំរុញចូលរួមអនុវត្តគោលនយោបាយ និងយុទ្ធសាស្ត្របញ្ចកោណ- ដំណាក់កាលទី១ របស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល នីតិកាលទី៧ នៃរដ្ឋសភា កម្មវិធីនយោបាយ ផែនការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍នានារបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល និងកម្មវិធីកែទម្រង់គន្លឹះនិងការកែទម្រង់តាមវិស័យនានា ប្រកបដោយការទទួលខុសត្រូវខ្ពស់ និងស្រុះដៃគ្នា តាមអភិក្រម “ជវភាពនៃប្រព័ន្ធតួអង្គតែមួយ” ដើម្បីផលប្រយោជន៍ជាតិ និងប្រជាជនក្នុងស្រុករមាសហែកទាំងមូល។ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី និងជាប្រធានក្រុមការងារ ក៏បានណែនាំ និងផ្តល់អនុសាសន៍ ពាក់ព័ន្ធតួនាទីភារកិច្ចសំខាន់ៗ និងអាទិភាពជាច្រើនរបស់ក្រុមការងាររាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលចុះមូលដ្ឋានស្រុក និងឃុំទាំង១៦ ក្នុងការបម្រើផលប្រយោជន៍បងប្អូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋមូលដ្ឋាន ជាពិសេសគឺត្រូវបន្តយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ដោះស្រាយបញ្ហានានា និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយឱកាសការងារជូនចំពោះបងប្អូនពលករដែលត្រឡប់មកពីក្រៅប្រទេស ជាពិសេសប្រទេសថៃ និងក្តាប់ឱ្យបាននូវចំនួនពលករសរុប ចំនួនអ្នកមានការងារ និងចំនួនអ្នកមិនទាន់មានការងារនៅតាមឃុំនីមួយៗ។
ឆ្លៀតក្នុងឱកាសនោះផងដែរ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានលើកឡើងពីស្ថានភាពវិវត្តនៃពិភពលោក រួមទាំងបញ្ហាប្រឈមនៃច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិនិងពហុភាគីនិយម និងសភាពការណ៍ថ្មីៗនៃបញ្ហាព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ ដោយបានរំលេចពីអភិក្រមរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាក្រោមការដឹកនាំប្រកបដោយចក្ខុវិស័យវែងឆ្ងាយ និងប្រាកដនិយមរបស់សម្តេចធិបតីនាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ក្នុងការដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាព្រំដែនជាមួយប្រទេសថៃ តាមរយៈច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ ការទូតនិងបច្ចេកទេស និងយោធា។ ក្នុងនោះផងដែរ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តីបានលើកឡើងអំពីខ្លឹមសារលិខិតរបស់សម្តេចធិបតី ពាក់ព័ន្ធបញ្ហាព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ ដែលបានផ្ញើជូនប្រធានអាស៊ាន អគ្គលេខាធិការអង្គការសហប្រជាតិ និងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំប្រទេសមហាអំណាចដូចជា៖ សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក ចិន បារាំង និងបានអំពាវនាវឱ្យបងប្អូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋសូមមានជំនឿទុកចិត្តលើចំណាត់ការដ៏ច្បាស់លាស់ និងមោះមុតរបស់ប្រមុខរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ក្នុងការការពារបូរណភាពទឹកដី និងអធិបតេយ្យភាពជាតិ។

Svay Rieng, September 18, 2025 – H.E. Sok Soken, Minister of Inspection, Deputy Chairman of the Royal Government’s Working Group in Svay Rieng Province, Chairman of the Royal Government’s Working Group in Romeas Haek District and Lok Chumteav, presided over the ceremony to announce the reorganization and appointment of members of the Royal Government’s Working Group for Romeas Haek District and its 16 communes, held at the Romeas Haek District Hall, Svay Rieng Province.
H.E. Minister, Head of the Working Group, extended congratulations to Excellencies, Lok Chumteavs, and leaders who have been entrusted and appointed as Deputy Heads, Members of the Royal Government’s Working Group for the District, as well as Heads, Deputy Heads, and Members of the Working Groups of all 16 communes of Romeas Haek District, Svay Rieng Province. In addition, H.E. Minister, Head of the Working Group advised all leaders and members to continue actively implementing the first-phase policies and strategies of the Royal Government under the 7th legislature of the National Assembly, including political programs, national development plans, and sectoral and key reform initiatives, with high responsibility and close collaboration, in accordance with the approach of the “One-Governance System,” for the benefit of the nation and the people of Romeas Haek District. H.E. Minister, Head of the Working Group, provided recommendations regarding the key roles and priorities of the Royal Government’s Working Group at the district and commune levels for all 16 communes, emphasizing the continued attention to resolving local issues and promoting employment opportunities for returning migrant workers coming back from abroad, especially from Thailand, while maintaining accurate records of the total number of workers, those employed, and those still seeking work in each commune.
On this occasion, H.E. Minister also highlighted the evolving global situation, including challenges related to international law and multilateralism, as well as recent developments concerning the Cambodia–Thailand border issue, emphasizing the Royal Government’s steadfast and visionary approach under the leadership of Samdech Thipadei Prime Minister in resolving the border issue with Thailand through international law, diplomacy and technical measures, and military measures. Furthermore, H.E. Minister highlighted the letter from Samdech Thipadei Prime Minister regarding the Cambodia–Thailand border issue, which was sent to the Chair of ASEAN, the Secretary-General of the United Nations, and the leaders of major powers such as the United States, China, and France, and urged the Cambodian people to maintain confidence in the clear and resolute measures of the Head of Government in safeguarding the nation’s territorial integrity and sovereignty.
The ceremony concluded with a solidarity meal, highlighting warm fellowship and strong unity.
