ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច អនុប្រធានក្រុមការងាររាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលចុះមូលដ្ឋានខេត្តស្វាយរៀង និងជាប្រធានក្រុមការងាររាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលចុះមូលដ្ឋានស្រុករមាសហែក និងលោកជំទាវ បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមក្នុងពិធីសំណេះសំណាល និងចែកអំណោយជូនដល់ជនភៀសសឹក ព្រមទាំងក្រុមគ្រួសារវីរកងទ័ព និងវីរនគរបាល នៅស្រុករមាសហែក ខេត្តស្វាយរៀង ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ សម្ដេចកិត្តិសង្គហបណ្ឌិត ម៉ែន សំអន ឧត្តមប្រឹក្សាផ្ទាល់ព្រះមហាក្សត្រ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។

ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច អនុប្រធានក្រុមការងាររាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលចុះមូលដ្ឋានខេត្តស្វាយរៀង និងជាប្រធានក្រុមការងាររាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលចុះមូលដ្ឋានស្រុករមាសហែក និងលោកជំទាវ បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមក្នុងពិធីសំណេះសំណាល និងចែកអំណោយជូនដល់ជនភៀសសឹក ព្រមទាំងក្រុមគ្រួសារវីរកងទ័ព និងវីរនគរបាល នៅស្រុករមាសហែក ខេត្តស្វាយរៀង ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ សម្ដេចកិត្តិសង្គហបណ្ឌិត ម៉ែន សំអន ឧត្តមប្រឹក្សាផ្ទាល់ព្រះមហាក្សត្រ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។

ក្នុងឱកាសដ៏មានអត្ថន័យនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីបានសម្ដែងនូវការដឹងគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅបំផុតចំពោះការលះបង់សាច់ស្រស់ ឈាមស្រស់របស់វីរកងទ័ព និងវីរនគរបាលជាតិ ដែលបានតស៊ូប្រយុទ្ធនៅសមរភូមិជួរមុខដើម្បីការពារអធិបតេយ្យ និងបូរណភាពទឹកដី និងបានគូសបញ្ជាក់ពីការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលក្នុងការអនុវត្តយ៉ាងខ្ជាប់ខ្ជួននូវច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ រួមទាំង «កិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងឈប់បាញ់» និងកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងពាក់ព័ន្ធ ព្រមទាំងយន្តការសន្តិវិធីនានា បើទោះបីជាភាគីម្ខាងទៀតបានរំលោភបំពានយ៉ាងកំរោលក៏ដោយ។

ជាមួយគ្នានេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក៏បានលើកឡើងពីការដឹកនាំដ៏ម៉ឺងម៉ាត់ និងប្រាកដនិយមរបស់ សម្តេចអគ្គមហាសេនាបតីតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន ប្រធានព្រឹទ្ធសភា និងជាប្រធានក្រុមឧត្តមប្រឹក្សាផ្ទាល់ព្រះមហាក្សត្រ និងសម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ដែលបានពុះពារតស៊ូយ៉ាងស្វិតស្វាញក្នុងសមរភូមិការទូត សមរភូមិច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ និងសមរភូមិប្រយុទ្ធ ដើម្បីការពារផលប្រយោជន៍ស្នូលរបស់ជាតិ ព្រមទាំងបានសង្កត់ធ្ងន់ថា កម្ពុជានឹងមិនធ្វើសម្បទាននូវអធិបតេយ្យ ឬសេចក្តីថ្លៃថ្នូររបស់ខ្លួនឡើយ ហើយបានអំពាវនាវដល់បងប្អូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ត្រូវបន្តជឿជាក់លើការដឹកនាំរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល និងរួមគ្នាបង្ហាញនូវកម្លាំងមហាសាមគ្គីភាពរវាងប្រជាជន កងទ័ព និងរដ្ឋាភិបាល ដើម្បីជម្នះរាល់ការឈ្លានពាន និងបន្តដើរលើមាគ៌ាសន្តិភាព ដំណោះស្រាយប្រកបដោយយុត្តិធម៌ និងចីរកាលសម្រាប់ជាតិមាតុភូមិ។

H.E. SOK Soken, Minister of Inspection, Deputy Chairman of the Royal Government’s Working Group in Svay Rieng Province, Chairman of the Royal Government’s Working Group in Romeas Haek District and Lok Chumteav, attended a cordial meeting and donation distribution ceremony for displaced persons, as well as families of heroic soldiers and national police officers in Romeas Haek District, Svay Rieng Province, under the high presidency of Samdech Kittisangahapundit MEN Sam An, Supreme Advisor to His Majesty the King of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

On this meaningful occasion, H.E. Minister expressed his deepest gratitude for the sacrifices of flesh and blood made by the heroic armed forces and national police who have bravely fought on the frontline to safeguard national sovereignty and territorial integrity, and reaffirmed the Royal Government’s firm commitment to strictly uphold international law, including the ‘Ceasefire Agreement’ and other relevant agreements, as well as peaceful mechanisms, despite grave violations by the opposing side.

At the same time, H.E. Minister highlighted the resolute leadership of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN Sen, President of the Senate, President of the Supreme Advisory Council to His Majesty the King, and Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei HUN Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, who have steadfastly struggled across diplomatic, international legal, and defense fronts to safeguard the nation’s core interests. H.E. Minister emphasized that Cambodia will never compromise its sovereignty or national dignity, and called upon all citizens to continue placing their trust in the Royal Government’s leadership and to unite in demonstrating great national solidarity among the people, the armed forces, and the government, in order to overcome all acts of aggression and to continue advancing along the path of peace and just, sustainable solutions for the motherland.
