ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បានអញ្ជើញដឹកនាំគណៈប្រតិភូក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច ដើម្បីជួបពិភាក្សាការងារ និងរាយការណ៍អំពីវឌ្ឍនភាពការងារ និងសមិទ្ធផលសំខាន់ៗរបស់ក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច ព្រមទាំងពិភាក្សាលើកិច្ចសហការការងារ ជាមួយគណៈកម្មការសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស ទទួលពាក្យបណ្ដឹងនិងអង្កេត និងអធិការកិច្ច (គណៈកម្មការទី១) នៃព្រឹទ្ធសភា ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពី ឯកឧត្តម ជាប្រធាន អនុប្រធាន និងសមាជិក នៃគណៈកម្មការទី១ នៃព្រឹទ្ធសភា តំណាងអគ្គលេខាធិការដ្ឋានព្រឹទ្ធសភា ព្រមទាំងឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ ជាថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ នៃក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច នៅវិមានព្រឹទ្ធសភា។
ថ្លែងក្នុងអង្គប្រជុំ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ពីសារៈសំខាន់នៃសន្តិភាព និងការអភិវឌ្ឍ ក្រោមការដឹកនាំប្រកបដោយគតិបណ្ឌិតរបស់ សម្តេចអគ្គមហាសេនាបតីតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន ប្រធានព្រឹទ្ធសភា នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងក្រោមការដឹកនាំប្រកបដោយចក្ខុវិស័យវែងឆ្ងាយរបស់ សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។
ឆ្លៀតក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី បានបង្ហាញពីការដាក់ឱ្យអនុវត្ត យុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ «ព៤ជ៤» ដែលជាផែនទីបង្ហាញផ្លូវដ៏សំខាន់ក្នុងការតម្រង់ទិសដៅការងារឱ្យស្របតាមចក្ខុវិស័យរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល និងដើរតួនាទីជាយន្តការគន្លឹះក្នុងការលើកកម្ពស់អភិបាលកិច្ចល្អ និងភាពស្អាតស្អំ ដើម្បីបង្កើនប្រសិទ្ធភាពក្នុងការត្រួតពិនិត្យ និងតាមដានការអនុវត្តច្បាប់នៅតាមស្ថាប័នសាធារណៈ សំដៅធានាបាននូវតម្លាភាព គណនេយ្យភាព និងការបង្កើនជំនឿទុកចិត្តរបស់សាធារណជនមកលើការដឹកនាំរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល។ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ក៏បានជម្រាបជូនអំពីវឌ្ឍនភាព និងសមិទ្ធផលសំខាន់ៗជាច្រើនរបស់ក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច និងលទ្ធផលនៃការចុះធ្វើអធិការកិច្ច ព្រមទាំងវឌ្ឍនភាពនៃការរៀបចំលិខិតបទដ្ឋានគតិយុត្តនានា ជាពិសេស សេចក្តីព្រាង «ច្បាប់ស្តីពីអធិការកិច្ច» និង «ច្បាប់ស្តីពីបណ្តឹងតវ៉ានិងបណ្តឹងបរិហារ»។
ឯកឧត្តម ងី ច័ន្ទ្រផល ប្រធានគណៈកម្មការសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស ទទួលពាក្យបណ្ដឹងនិងអង្កេត និងអធិការកិច្ច នៃព្រឹទ្ធសភា បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ពីតួនាទីយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រដ៏សំខាន់របស់ក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច ក្នុងការចូលរួមចំណែកជាមួយរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ដើម្បីពង្រឹងអភិបាលកិច្ចដែលជាស្នូលនៃយុទ្ធសាស្ត្របញ្ចកោណ-ដំណាក់កាលទី១ និងបានបង្ហាញពីឆន្ទៈខ្ពស់ក្នុងការបង្កើនកិច្ចសហការរវាងអង្គការនីតិបញ្ញត្តិ និងនីតិប្រតិបត្តិ សំដៅធានាឱ្យបាននូវការដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាប្រឈមនានារបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព និងភាពស័ក្តិសិទ្ធិ។
ជាកិច្ចបញ្ចប់ អង្គពិធីទាំងមូលបានស្វែងយល់ និងវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ចំពោះវឌ្ឍនភាព និងសមិទ្ធផលការងារដែលសម្រេចបាន ក៏ដូចជាការដាក់ចេញនូវដំណោះស្រាយយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រចំពោះបញ្ហាប្រឈមនានា សំដៅពង្រឹងប្រព័ន្ធត្រួតពិនិត្យនៅកម្ពុជាឱ្យកាន់តែមានភាពប្រសើរឡើង ជាពិសេស អង្គពិធី បានឯកភាពលើការជំរុញការរៀបចំឯកសារទស្សនាទាន ដើម្បីឈានទៅបញ្ចប់ការរៀបចំ សេចក្ដីព្រាងច្បាប់ស្តីពីអធិការកិច្ច ឱ្យបានគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយ និងឱ្យបានឆាប់។

H.E. SOK Soken, Minister of Inspection, led a delegation of the Ministry of Inspection to hold a working meeting and present a report on the progress and key achievements of the Ministry of Inspection, as well as to discuss cooperation with the Commission on Human Rights, Complaint Reception and Investigation, and Inspection (First Commission) of the Senate. The meeting was attended by H.E. Chairman, Vice Chairmen and Members of First Commission of the Senate, representatives of the Senate General Secretariat, and Excellencies, Lok Chumteav, leaders of the Ministry of Inspection, at the Senate Palace.
Addressing the meeting, H.E. Minister underscored the importance of peace and development under the wise leadership of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN Sen, President of the Senate of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and under the visionary leadership of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei HUN Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
On that occasion, H.E. Minister highlighted the implementation of the S4P4 Strategy, which serves as an important roadmap guiding the work in line with the vision of the Royal Government and functions as a key mechanism to promote good governance and integrity, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of inspection and regulatory compliance across public institutions, with the aim of ensuring transparency, accountability, and strengthening public trust in the leadership of the Royal Government. H.E. Minister also further briefed the meeting on the progress and numerous key achievements of the Ministry of Inspection, including the outcomes of inspection missions, as well as the progress in the preparation of various legal and regulatory instruments, particularly the draft “Law on Inspection” and the draft “Law on Appeals and Complaints.”
H.E. NGY Chanphal, Chairman of the Commission on Human Rights, Complaint Reception and Investigation, and Inspection of the Senate, emphasized the important strategic role of the Ministry of Inspection in contributing to the Royal Government’s efforts to strengthen governance, which constitutes a core pillar of the Pentagonal Strategy – Phase I and expressed a strong commitment to further enhancing cooperation between the legislative and executive branches in order to ensure effective and authoritative resolution of the challenges faced by the citizens.
In conclusion, the meeting highly appreciated the progress and achievements attained, as well as the strategic solutions proposed to address existing challenges, with a view to further strengthening the inspection system in Cambodia. In particular, the meeting agreed to promote the preparation of a concept note in order to accelerate and comprehensively finalize the drafting of the Law on Inspection.
