ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីជួបសំណេះសំណាលជាមួយនិស្សិតជ័យលាភីអាហារូបករណ៍រដ្ឋាភិបាលហុងគ្រី និងរដ្ឋាភិបាលសាធារណរដ្ឋឆែក ព្រមទាំងនិស្សិតជ័យលាភីអាហារូបករណ៍អនុបណ្ឌិតរួមសហភាពអឺរ៉ុប ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ មន្ត្រីរាជការ និងនិស្សិតជ័យលាភីជាច្រើនរូប នៅទីស្ដីការក្រសួង។

ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានសម្តែងនូវការអបអរសាទរយ៉ាងកក់ក្តៅជូនចំពោះនិស្សិតជ័យលាភីទាំងអស់ ព្រមទាំងបានថ្លែងអំណរគុណដល់រដ្ឋាភិបាលប្រទេសជាមិត្ត និងដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ ដែលបានបន្តផ្តល់អាហារូបករណ៍ រួមចំណែកយ៉ាងសំខាន់ក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍធនធានមនុស្សនៅកម្ពុជា ស្របតាមយុទ្ធសាស្ត្របញ្ចកោណ-ដំណាក់កាលទី១ របស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល នីតិកាលទី៧ ក្រោមការដឹកនាំរបស់ សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។

ទន្ទឹមនឹងនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានជម្រាបជូនអំពីសាវតា បេសកកម្ម តួនាទី រចនាសម្ព័ន្ធ និងយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ ព៤ជ៤ របស់ក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច ក្នុងការចូលរួមលើកកម្ពស់អភិបាលកិច្ចល្អ និងភាពស្អាតស្អំ និងបានចែករំលែកបទពិសោធផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនដ៏មានតម្លៃក្នុងអំឡុងពេលដែលឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី បានសិក្សានៅក្រៅប្រទេស ព្រមទាំងបានផ្តល់នូវអនុសាសន៍ និងមតិផ្តាំផ្ញើដល់និស្សិតទាំងអស់ឱ្យខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរៀនសូត្រ រក្សាឱ្យបាននូវសាមគ្គីភាព វិន័យល្អ សីលធម៌ និងសេចក្ដីថ្លៃថ្នូរ នៅពេលបំពេញការសិក្សា ជាពិសេសត្រូវធ្វើជាទូតសុឆន្ទៈតំណាងឱ្យកម្ពុជាក្នុងការលើកកម្ពស់កិត្យានុភាពជាតិនៅលើឆាកអន្តរជាតិ។

H.E. SOK Soken, Minister of Inspection, presided over a courtesy meeting with scholarship awardees of the Government of Hungary, the Government of the Czech Republic, and the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree Program, with the participation of leaders, officials, and students, at the ministry.

On that occasion, H.E. Minister offered his warm congratulations to all scholarship recipients and expressed gratitude to friendly governments and development partners for their continued support, which significantly contributes to human resource development in Cambodia under the Pentagonal Strategy–Phase I of the Royal Government of the 7th Legislature of the National Assembly, led by Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei HUN Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

Meanwhile, H.E. Minister outlined the background, mission, roles, structure, and the S4P4 Strategy of the Ministry of Inspection in promoting good governance and integrity, shared valuable personal experiences from his studies abroad and advised the students to study hard, maintain unity, discipline, morality, and dignity throughout their academic journey, and particularly to serve as goodwill ambassadors representing Cambodia to elevate the nation’s prestige on the international stage.
