ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច ព្រមទាំងលោកជំទាវ ចម ក្រស្នា ប្រធានកិត្តិយសគណៈកម្មការសាខាសមាគមនារីកម្ពុជា ដើម្បីសន្តិភាពនិងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ (ន.ក.ស.អ) ក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមក្នុងពិធីអបអរសាទរទិវាអន្តរជាតិនារី ៨មីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ខួបទី១១៥ ក្រោមប្រធានបទ «សន្តិភាព និងសន្តិសុខសម្រាប់ស្ត្រី និងគ្រួសារ» និងពិធីប្រកាសទទួលស្គាល់ការកែសម្រួល និងបំពេញបន្ថែមសមាសភាពគណៈកម្មការសាខាសមាគម ន.ក.ស.អ ក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ សម្តេចកិត្តិសង្គហបណ្ឌិត ម៉ែន សំអន ឧត្តមប្រឹក្សាផ្ទាល់ព្រះមហាក្សត្រ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងជាប្រធានសមាគម ន.ក.ស.អ ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ លោកជំទាវអ្នកឧកញ៉ា និងភ្ញៀវកិត្តិយស ជាច្រើនរូប នៅទីស្ដីការក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច។
ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច ព្រមទាំងលោកជំទាវ ចម ក្រស្នា ប្រធានកិត្តិយសគណៈកម្មការសាខាសមាគមនារីកម្ពុជា ដើម្បីសន្តិភាពនិងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ (ន.ក.ស.អ) ក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមក្នុងពិធីអបអរសាទរទិវាអន្តរជាតិនារី ៨មីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ខួបទី១១៥ ក្រោមប្រធានបទ «សន្តិភាព និងសន្តិសុខសម្រាប់ស្ត្រី និងគ្រួសារ» និងពិធីប្រកាសទទួលស្គាល់ការកែសម្រួល និងបំពេញបន្ថែមសមាសភាពគណៈកម្មការសាខាសមាគម ន.ក.ស.អ ក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ សម្តេចកិត្តិសង្គហបណ្ឌិត ម៉ែន សំអន ឧត្តមប្រឹក្សាផ្ទាល់ព្រះមហាក្សត្រ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងជាប្រធានសមាគម ន.ក.ស.អ ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ លោកជំទាវអ្នកឧកញ៉ា និងភ្ញៀវកិត្តិយស ជាច្រើនរូប នៅទីស្ដីការក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច។
ថ្លែងក្នុងអង្គពិធី ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី បានរំលេចថាសន្តិភាពគឺជាមូលដ្ឋានគ្រឹះដែលមិនអាចខ្វះបានសម្រាប់ការរស់នៅ និងការអភិវឌ្ឍ ជាពិសេសសម្រាប់ស្ត្រី និងកុមារី។ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ក៏បានសង្កត់ធ្ងន់ពីមរតកនៃ «នយោបាយឈ្នះ-ឈ្នះ» របស់ សម្តេចអគ្គមហាសេនាបតីតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន ប្រធានព្រឹទ្ធសភា នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ដែលបានបង្កើតបរិយាកាសអំណោយផលឱ្យស្ត្រីក្លាយជា «ឆ្អឹងខ្នងនៃសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងសង្គមជាតិ»។ បន្តពីមរតកនេះ រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលនីតិកាលទី៧ ក្រោមការដឹកនាំរបស់ សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តី នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានដាក់ចេញនូវយុទ្ធសាស្ត្របញ្ចកោណ-ដំណាក់កាលទី១ ដើម្បីបន្តជំរុញតួនាទីស្ត្រីឱ្យកាន់តែមានសក្តានុពល ទាំងក្នុងវិស័យសាធារណៈ នយោបាយ និងវិស័យឯកជន។
ក្នុងឱកាសនេះ លោកជំទាវ ចម ក្រស្នា ប្រធានកិត្តិយសគណៈកម្មការសាខាសមាគម ន.ក.ស.អ ក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បានធ្វើការប្ដេជ្ញាចិត្តយ៉ាងមុតមាំ ក្នុងការពង្រឹងយន្តការរៀបចំ និងសម្របសម្រួលការងារនារីនៅក្នុងក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច ឱ្យកាន់តែមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព និងប្តេជ្ញាបន្តខិតខំលើកកម្ពស់សិទ្ធិ តួនាទី និងសុខុមាលភាពរបស់មន្ត្រីរាជការជាស្ត្រី ព្រមទាំងចូលរួមយ៉ាងសកម្មជាមួយសមាគម ន.ក.ស.អ ក្នុងបុព្វហេតុថែរក្សាសន្តិភាព និងការអភិវឌ្ឍសង្គមជាតិ។
ទន្ទឹមនឹងនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ក៏បានសម្ដែងនូវការកោតសរសើរយ៉ាងស្មោះស្ម័គ្រចំពោះថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំជាស្រ្តីគ្រប់ជំនាន់ ជាពិសេសសម្តេចកិត្តិសង្គហបណ្ឌិត ម៉ែន សំអន ដែលជាថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំស្ត្រីគំរូ ក្នុងការដឹកនាំវិស័យអធិការកិច្ចឱ្យទទួលបានសមិទ្ធផលជាច្រើន និងការលើកកម្ពស់សិទ្ធិនារីនៅកម្ពុជា ព្រមទាំងបានសម្តែងការនូវការកោតសរសើរ និងអបអរសាទរចំពោះស្ត្រីគ្រប់រូប ជាពិសេស លោកជំទាវ ចម ក្រស្នា ក៏ដូចជាសមាជិកានៃគណៈកម្មការសាខាសមាគម ន.ក.ស.អ ក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ចទាំងអស់ ដែលបានចូលរួមចំណែកយ៉ាងសកម្មក្នុងការលើកកម្ពស់សមភាពយេនឌ័រ និងការអភិវឌ្ឍសង្គមជាតិ។

H.E. SOK Soken, Minister of Inspection, together with Lok Chumteav CHAM Krasna, Honorary Chairwoman of the Ministry of Inspection’s branch of the Cambodian Women for Peace and Development (CWPD), attended the celebration of the 115th Anniversary of International Women’s Day, 8 March 2026, under the theme “Peace and Security for Women and Families,” as well as the ceremony for the official recognition of the adjustments and additions to the composition of the CWPD branch committee of the Ministry of Inspection, held under the high presidency of Samdech Kittisangahapundit MEN Sam An, Supreme Advisor to His Majesty the King of the Kingdom of Cambodia, President of CWPD, with the participation of Excellencies, Lok Chumteavs, Lok Chumteav Neak Oknhas, and distinguished guests at the Ministry of Inspection.
Addressing the event, H.E. Minister highlighted that peace is an indispensable foundation for living and development, particularly for women and girls. H.E. Minister further underscored the legacy of the “Win-Win Policy” of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN Sen, President of the Senate of the Kingdom of Cambodia, which has created a favorable environment for women to become the “backbone of the economy and society.” Building on this legacy, the 7th-mandate Royal Government, under the leadership of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei HUN Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, has launched the Pentagonal Strategy – Phase I to further promote women’s roles and enhance their potential across the public, political, and private sectors.
On this occasion, Lok Chumteav CHAM Krasna, Honorary Chairwoman of the Ministry of Inspection’s branch of the Cambodian Women for Peace and Development (CWPD), expressed her strong commitment to strengthening the mechanisms for organizing and coordinating women’s affairs within the Ministry of Inspection to ensure greater effectiveness, and reaffirmed her continued dedication to promoting the rights, roles, and well-being of female civil servants, as well as actively contributing alongside CWPD to the cause of maintaining peace and advancing national social development.
At the same time, H.E. Minister also expressed his sincere appreciation to women leaders of all generations, particularly Samdech Kittisangahapundit MEN Sam An, a role model in leadership whose contributions have led to numerous achievements in the inspection sector and the advancement of women’s rights in Cambodia and conveyed his admiration and congratulations to all women, especially Lok Chumteav CHAM Krasna and all members of the CWPD branch committee of the Ministry of Inspection, for their active contributions to promoting gender equality and national social development.
