ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បានអញ្ជើញដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំដើម្បីពិនិត្យ និងពិភាក្សាលើសេចក្ដីព្រាងប្រកាសស្ដីពីបទបញ្ជាផ្ទៃក្នុងរបស់ក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច សេចក្ដីព្រាងប្រកាសស្ដីពីរូបសញ្ញានិងត្រារបស់វិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិអធិការកិច្ច និងសេចក្ដីព្រាងប្រកាសស្ដីពីរូបសញ្ញានិងត្រារបស់មន្ទីរអធិការកិច្ចរាជធានី-ខេត្ត ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ នៃអនុក្រុមការងារពាក់ព័ន្ធនានា នៃក្រុមការងារតាមដាន និងត្រួតពិនិត្យការអនុវត្តយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ ព៤ជ៤ របស់ក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច នៅទីស្ដីការក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច។

អង្គប្រជុំបានពិភាក្សា និងចូលរួមផ្ដល់ជាធាតុចូលបន្ថែមដើម្បីឱ្យឯកសារទាំងនេះកាន់តែមានភាពគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយ ស្របតាមទិដ្ឋភាពច្បាប់ បច្ចេកទេស និងស្ថានភាពជាក់ស្តែងនៃការអនុវត្តការងារ។ ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានផ្តល់អនុសាសន៍ណែនាំតម្រង់ទិសដល់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំនៃអនុក្រុមការងារទាំងអស់ ក្នុងការកែសម្រួលលិខិតបទដ្ឋានគតិយុត្តខាងលើនេះឱ្យកាន់តែមានភាពពេញលេញ ដើម្បីធានាឱ្យសេចក្តីព្រាងលិខិតបទដ្ឋានគតិយុត្តទាំងនេះមានភាពច្បាស់លាស់ និងអាចយកទៅអនុវត្តប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាពខ្ពស់ ដើម្បីពង្រឹងយន្តការការងាររបស់ក្រសួងឱ្យកាន់តែមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព។

H.E. SOK Soken, Minister of Inspection, chaired a meeting to review and discuss the Draft Prakas on the Internal Regulations of the Ministry of Inspection, the Draft Prakas on the Logo and Seal of the National Institute of Inspection, and the Draft Prakas on the Logo and Seal of the Municipal-Provincial Departments of Inspection, with the participation of leaders from various relevant sub-working groups of the Working Group for Monitoring the Implementation of the “S4P4” Strategy of the Ministry of Inspection at the Ministry.

The meeting discussed and provided additional inputs to make these documents more comprehensive, aligning them with legal and technical aspects as well as practical work execution realities. On that occasion, H.E. Minister provided guiding recommendations to all sub-working group leaders to further refine the above legal and regulatory instruments to be more complete, ensuring that these draft legal instruments are clear and can be implemented with high efficiency to further strengthen the effectiveness of the Ministry’s operational mechanisms.
