ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច អនុប្រធានក្រុមការងាររាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលចុះមូលដ្ឋានខេត្តស្វាយរៀង និងជាប្រធានក្រុមការងាររាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលចុះមូលដ្ឋានស្រុករមាសហែក និងលោកជំទាវ ព្រមទាំងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បាននាំយកទៀនចំណាំព្រះវស្សា និងទេយ្យទានជាច្រើនមុខ ព្រមទាំងបច្ច័យ ដែលជាសទ្ធាជ្រះថ្លារបស់ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី និងលោកជំទាវ ប្រគេនចំពោះព្រះសង្ឃគង់ចាំព្រះវស្សាអស់កាលត្រីមាស នៅវត្តទាំង៥៣ ក្នុងស្រុករមាសហែក ខេត្តស្វាយរៀង ដែលពិធីនេះបានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនៅបរិវេណវត្តដូង ស្ថិតក្នុងឃុំដូង ស្រុករមាសហែក ខេត្តស្វាយរៀង។
ក្នុងពិធីប្រកបដោយសទ្ធាជ្រះថ្លានោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី និងលោកជំទាវ ព្រមទាំងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ ក៏បានបូជាទៀនធូបផ្កាភ្ញី ចំពោះព្រះពុទ្ធបដិមាស្នងអង្គព្រះសម្មាសម្ពុទ្ធ ជាកិច្ចរំលឹកនឹកដល់គុណបុណ្យ ព្រះរតនត្រ័យ តាមប្រពៃណីព្រះពុទ្ធសាសនា និងបានឧទ្ទិសមគ្គផលកុសលផលបុណ្យជូនដល់ញាតកាទាំងប្រាំពីរសន្តានដែលបានចែកឋានទៅកាន់បរលោកខាងមុខ ជាពិសេសវីរកងទ័ពកម្ពុជា ដែលបានពលីជីវិតដើម្បីការពារជាតិមាតុភូមិ។ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី និងអង្គពិធីទាំងមូល ក៏បានគោរពវិញ្ញាណក្ខន្ធ ដើម្បីសម្តែងនូវកតញ្ញុតាធម៌ និងការចងចាំយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅចំពោះការបាត់បង់ និងការលះបង់ដ៏ធំធេងរបស់វីរកងទ័ពផងដែរ។
ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្ដមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានមានមតិសំណេះសំណាលដល់អង្គពិធី ជាពិសេស បានពាំនាំនូវការសាកសួរសុខទុក្ខពី សម្ដេចអគ្គមហាសេនាបតីតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន ប្រធានព្រឹទ្ធសភា នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងសម្តេចកិត្តិសង្គហបណ្ឌិត ម៉ែន សំអន ឧត្តមប្រឹក្សាផ្ទាល់ព្រះមហាក្សត្រ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ជូនលោកតា លោកយាយ និងបងប្អូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋដែលបានចូលរួម។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី បានលើកឡើងពីស្ថានភាពអន្តរជាតិ និងគោលនយោបាយនិងការអភិវឌ្ឍលើគ្រប់វិស័យទាំងអាណាចក្រនិងពុទ្ធចក្រ ព្រមទាំងបានលេីកឡេីងពីសភាពការណ៍នៃតំបន់ព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ និងសូមឱ្យបងប្អូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋបន្តមានជំនឿជឿជាក់លេីការដឹកនាំរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ក្នុងការការពារអធិបតេយ្យភាព និងបូរណភាពទឹកដីផងដែរ។
ទន្ទឹមនឹងនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី បានរំលេចអំពីភាពរីកចម្រើននៃវិស័យពុទ្ធចក្រនៅក្នុងស្រុករមាសហែក ដែលបច្ចុប្បន្នមានវត្តអារាមសរុបចំនួន ៥៣ វត្ត (ក្នុងនោះមានវត្តបង្កើតថ្មី ១ វត្ត គឺ «វត្តធម្មពោធិ៍មហាវិហារ») និងមានព្រះសង្ឃគង់នៅសរុប ៣៥០ អង្គ។ ស្រុករមាសហែកក៏មានវត្តបុរាណដែលមានប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រវែងឆ្ងាយចំនួន ៧ វត្ត (ជាពិសេសវត្តគ្រញូង ដែលមានអាយុកាលរហូតដល់ ៩៤៣ ឆ្នាំ) ព្រមទាំងវត្តគោលដៅទេសចរណ៍ចំនួន ៣ វត្តផងដែរ។ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ក៏បានបញ្ជាក់ថាការចូលរួមទ្រទ្រង់វិស័យសាសនានេះ មិនត្រឹមតែជាការថែរក្សាប្រពៃណីទំនៀមទម្លាប់ដ៏ល្អផូរផង់របស់ជាតិប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែថែមទាំងជាគ្រឹះដ៏រឹងមាំក្នុងការអប់រំចិត្តគំនិត និងពង្រឹងសាមគ្គីភាពក្នុងសង្គមជាតិទាំងមូលផងដែរ។

H.E. SOK Soken, Minister of Inspection, Deputy Chairman of the Royal Government’s Working Group in Svay Rieng Province and Chairman of the Royal Government’s Working Group in Romeas Haek District, alongside Lok Chumteav and the leaders of the Ministry of Inspection, presented Buddhist Lent candles, various alms, and monetary donations—contributed through the devout faith of H.E. Minister and Lok Chumteav—to Buddhist monks residing for the three-month Vassa retreat across all 53 pagodas in Romeas Haek District, Svay Rieng Province. The ceremony took place at Dong Pagoda, located in Dong Commune, Romeas Haek District, Svay Rieng Province.
During the devout ceremony, H.E. Minister, Lok Chumteav, and the ministry’s leaders offered candles, incense, and flowers to the Buddha statues in homage to the Triple Gem, following Buddhist traditions and dedicated the merits of these good deeds to the ancestors spanning seven generations who have passed away, and particularly to the heroic Cambodian soldiers who sacrificed their lives to defend the nation and motherland. H.E. Minister and all attendees also observed a moment of silence to express gratitude and deeply honor the supreme sacrifices made by these fallen heroes.
On that occasion, H.E. Minister delivered remarks to the gathering, conveying warm greetings from Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN Sen, President of the Senate of the Kingdom of Cambodia; Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei HUN Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia; and Samdech Kitti Sangahapundit MEN Sam An, Supreme Advisor to His Majesty the King of the Kingdom of Cambodia, to the elderly citizens and residents in attendance. Furthermore, H.E. Minister highlighted the international situation, government policies, and overall development in both the secular and religious realms and also addressed the situation along the Cambodia–Thailand border, reassuring citizens to maintain unwavering trust in the Royal Government of Cambodia’s leadership in protecting national sovereignty and territorial integrity.
Concurrently, H.E. Minister highlighted the progress of the religious sector in Romeas Haek District, which currently accommodates 53 pagodas (including one newly established pagoda, “Wat Thamma Por Maha Vihear”) with a total of 350 monks. Romeas Haek District also boasts seven ancient pagodas rich in historical heritage (notably Wat Kro Nhoung, which dates back 943 years), as well as three pagodas designated as cultural tourism destinations. H.E. Minister emphasized that supporting the religious realm not only preserves the nation’s fine traditions and customs, but also serves as a strong foundation for moral education and social solidarity across the entire nation.
