ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ចបានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីបិទវគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលជំនាញវិជ្ជាជីវៈអធិការកិច្ចបឋម ជំនាន់៧ វគ្គ២ សម្រាប់សិក្ខាកាមចំនួន៥០នាក់ មកពីបណ្តាក្រសួង ស្ថាប័ន រដ្ឋបាលរាជធានី-ខេត្ត និងមន្ទីរអធិការកិច្ចនានា ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំនិងមន្រ្តីរាជការជាច្រើនរូបនៃក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច នៅវិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិអធិការកិច្ច។
រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ – ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ចបានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីបិទវគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលជំនាញវិជ្ជាជីវៈអធិការកិច្ចបឋម ជំនាន់៧ វគ្គ២ សម្រាប់សិក្ខាកាមចំនួន៥០នាក់ មកពីបណ្តាក្រសួង ស្ថាប័ន រដ្ឋបាលរាជធានី-ខេត្ត និងមន្ទីរអធិការកិច្ចនានា ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំនិងមន្រ្តីរាជការជាច្រើនរូបនៃក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច នៅវិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិអធិការកិច្ច។
ថ្លែងក្នុងពិធីដ៏មានសារៈសំខាន់នេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ថា ការអភិវឌ្ឍមូលធនមនុស្ស គឺជាលក្ខខណ្ឌចាំបាច់សម្រាប់ការជំរុញនិងធានានូវភាពរឹងមាំនៃកំណើនសេដ្ឋកិច្ច ដូចមានកំណត់ក្នុងយុទ្ធសាស្រ្ត «ព៤ជ៤» របស់ក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច ក្នុងការជំរុញនិងបង្កើនសមត្ថភាពស្ថាប័ន ស្របជាមួយនឹងយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តបញ្ចកោណ-ដំណាក់កាលទី១ របស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល នីតិកាលទី៧ នៃរដ្ឋសភា។
ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានផ្តល់អនុសាសន៍សំខាន់ៗជូនសិក្ខាកាមក្នុងការក្រេបយកចំណេះដឹងដ៏មានសារៈសំខាន់នេះទៅផ្សព្វផ្សាយបន្តនិងបម្រើការងារនៅតាមអង្គភាពរបស់ខ្លួន ដើម្បីចូលរួមចំណែកក្នុងការទប់ស្កាត់ កែលម្អ និងបាតុភាពអសកម្មនានាក្នុងរដ្ឋបាលសាធារណៈ។

Phnom Penh, June 27, 2025 – H.E. Sok Soken, Minister of Inspection, presided over the Closing Ceremony of the Basic Professional Inspection Training Course, 2nd Session of the 7th Cohort, which was attended by 50 trainees from various ministries/institutions, capital-provincial administrations, and inspection departments, at the National Institute of Inspection.
In his remarks at this important event, H.E. Minister emphasized that human resource development is a crucial condition for promoting and ensuring strong economic growth, as outlined in the Ministry of Inspection’s «S4P4» strategy to strengthen and enhance institutional capacity, and in alignment with the Pentagonal Strategy – Phase I of the Royal Government of the 7th Legislature of the National Assembly.
H.E. Minister also delivered key guidance to the trainees, urging them to actively apply and disseminate the knowledge and skills acquired throughout the course in their respective institutions, in order to contribute to efforts in preventing, addressing, and rectifying various inefficiencies and dysfunctions within the public administration.
