ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច អនុប្រធានក្រុមការងាររាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលចុះមូលដ្ឋានខេត្តស្វាយរៀង និងជាប្រធានក្រុមការងាររាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលចុះមូលដ្ឋានស្រុករមាសហែក ព្រមទាំងលោកជំទាវ បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមក្នុងពិធីបុណ្យកាន់បិណ្ឌ បិណ្ឌទី១១ នៅវត្តអំពិល ស្ថិតនៅភូមិអំពិល ឃុំអំពិល ស្រុករមាសហែក ខេត្តស្វាយរៀង ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្ត្រីរាជការជាច្រើនរូបនៃក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច។
ខេត្តស្វាយរៀង ថ្ងៃទី១៨ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ – ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច អនុប្រធានក្រុមការងាររាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលចុះមូលដ្ឋានខេត្តស្វាយរៀង និងជាប្រធានក្រុមការងាររាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលចុះមូលដ្ឋានស្រុករមាសហែក ព្រមទាំងលោកជំទាវ បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមក្នុងពិធីបុណ្យកាន់បិណ្ឌ បិណ្ឌទី១១ នៅវត្តអំពិល ស្ថិតនៅភូមិអំពិល ឃុំអំពិល ស្រុករមាសហែក ខេត្តស្វាយរៀង ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្ត្រីរាជការជាច្រើនរូបនៃក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច។
ពិធីបុណ្យកាន់បិណ្ឌ ភ្ជុំបិណ្ឌ គឺជាពិធីបុណ្យសាសនាដ៏ធំមួយក្នុងចំណោមពិធីបុណ្យផ្សេងៗក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជាដែលប្រជាពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរគ្រប់រូបតែងតែគោរពប្រណិប័តន៍។ ក្នុងពិធីប្រកបដោយសទ្ធាជ្រះថ្លានោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ព្រមទាំងលោកជំទាវបានប្រគេនទេយ្យទាន និងបច្ច័យដល់ព្រះសង្ឃដែលបានគង់ចាំព្រះវស្សាអស់ត្រីមាស ព្រមទាំងបានបូជាទៀនធូបផ្កាភ្ញីដល់ព្រះរតនត្រ័យជាទីគោរពសក្ការៈ ហើយក៏សូមឧទ្ទិសមគ្គផលកុសលផលបុណ្យជូនដល់ញាតិកាដែលបានចែកឋានទៅកាន់បរលោកខាងមុខ ព្រមទាំងវីរកងទ័ពដែលបានពលីក្នុងសមរភូមិផងដែរ។
ក្នុងឱកាសដ៏វិសេសថ្លៃថ្លានេះ ផងដែរ ឯកឧត្ដម រដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានមានមតិសំណេះសំណាលសាកសួរសុខទុក្ខលោកតា លោកយាយ បងប្អូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋដែលចូលរួមកម្មវិធីកាន់បិណ្ឌទី១១នេះ និងបានពាំនាំការផ្ដាំផ្ញេីសាកសួរសុខទុក្ខពីសម្ដេចអគ្គមហាសេនាបតីតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន ប្រធានព្រឹទ្ធសភា, សម្ដេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងសម្តេចកិត្តិសង្គហបណ្ឌិត ម៉ែន សំអន ឧត្តមប្រឹក្សាផ្ទាល់ព្រះមហាក្សត្រនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ជូនដល់បងប្អូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ព្រមទាំងបានលេីកឡេីងពីសភាពការណ៍ថ្មីៗនៃតំបន់ព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ និងសូមឱ្យបងប្អូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋមានជំនឿជឿជាក់លេីការដឹកនាំរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ក្នុងការការពារអធិបតេយ្យភាព និងបូរណភាពទឹកដី។

Svay Rieng, September 18, 2025 – H.E. Sok Soken, Minister of Inspection, Deputy Chairman of the Royal Government’s Working Group in Svay Rieng Province, Chairman of the Royal Government’s Working Group in Romeas Haek District and Lok Chumteav, attended the 11th day of the Kan Ben ceremony at Ampil Pagoda in Ampil Village, Ampil Commune, Romeas Haek District, Svay Rieng Province, with the participation of leaders and officials from the Ministry of Inspection.
Pchum Ben is one of the most significant religious festivals in Cambodia, traditionally observed by all Cambodian people. In this solemn and devout ceremony, H.E. Minister, together with Lok Chumteav, made offerings and alms to the monks who had completed the three-month Vassa, and respectfully presented candles, incense, and flowers to the Triple Gem, while dedicating the merits of these good deeds to departed relatives as well as to the heroic soldiers who sacrificed their lives on the battlefield.
On this special occasion, H.E. Minister extended warm regards to elders and citizens attending this 11th day of the Kan Ben ceremony, while conveying words of goodwill from Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, President of the Senate, Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and Samdech Kittisangahapundit Men Sam An, Supreme Advisor to His Majesty the King of the Kingdom of Cambodia, to the citizens as well as highlighting recent developments along the Cambodia–Thailand border and called on citizens to maintain strong confidence in the leadership of the Royal Government of Cambodia in safeguarding national sovereignty and territorial integrity.
