ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានសម្តែងនូវការកោតសរសើរចំពោះការខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរបស់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្រ្តីរាជការនៃនាយកដ្ឋាននានាចំណុះអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានរដ្ឋបាលនិងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ ដែលបានសម្រេចបាននូវសមិទ្ធផលជាបន្តបន្ទាប់ និងបានចូលរួមសកម្មភាពនានាគាំទ្រដល់ការងារនានារបស់ក្រសួង។ ទន្ទឹមនឹងនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ក៏បានផ្តល់អនុសាសន៍គន្លឹះៗដល់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្រ្តីរាជការទាំងអស់ឱ្យបន្តខិតខំដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាប្រឈមនានា និងពង្រឹងប្រសិទ្ធភាពការងារគាំទ្រឱ្យកាន់តែប្រសើរឡើងបន្ថែមទៀត ក្នុងការជំរុញ និងពន្លឿនការកែសម្រួលនិងតែងតាំងមន្ត្រីតាមរចនាសម្ព័ន្ធថ្មី ការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនិងពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពមន្ត្រី ការគ្រប់គ្រងទិន្នន័យស្ថិតិ កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ និងការធ្វើបរិវត្តកម្មឌីជីថលដែលគាំទ្រដល់ការងារស្នូលរបស់ក្រសួង ស្របតាមផែនការសកម្មភាពនានាដែលបានកំណត់នៅក្នុងយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ «ព៤ជ៤» របស់ក្រសួង។

H.E. SOK Soken, Minister of Inspection, chaired a meeting to review work progress, provide strategic guidance, and set key action plans for the various departments under the General Department of Administration and Finance, with the participation of numerous leaders and officials at the Ministry.
On that occasion, H.E. Minister expressed his appreciation for the dedication and efforts of the leaders and officials across all departments under the General Department of Administration and Finance, who have continuously achieved notable results and actively supported the Ministry’s various activities. At the same time, H.E. Minister provided key guidance to all leaders and officials to continue addressing existing challenges and further strengthen the effectiveness of support functions, particularly in accelerating the restructuring and appointment of officials under the new organizational framework, enhancing training and capacity building, improving statistical data management, promoting international cooperation, and advancing digital transformation initiatives that support the Ministry’s core functions, in line with the action plans set out under the Ministry’s “S4P4 Strategy.”
