ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បានអញ្ជើញដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំគណៈកម្មាធិការលើកកម្ពស់អភិបាលកិច្ចក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច ដើម្បីតាមដាន និងត្រួតពិនិត្យវឌ្ឍនភាពការងាររបស់គណៈកម្មាធិការលើកកម្ពស់អភិបាលកិច្ចក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្ត្រីរាជការពាក់ព័ន្ធជាច្រើនរូប នៅទីស្ដីការក្រសួង។

ស្របតាមរបៀបវារៈនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំ លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋលេខាធិការប្រចាំការ អនុប្រធានអចិន្រ្តៃយ៍ និងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំដែលជាប្រធាន នៃក្រុមការងារកែទម្រង់ច្បាប់ ក្រុមការងារកែទម្រង់រដ្ឋបាលសាធារណៈ និងក្រុមការងារកែទម្រង់ការគ្រប់គ្រងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុសាធារណៈនៃគណៈកម្មាធិការលើកកម្ពស់អភិបាលកិច្ចក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បានអញ្ជើញរាយការណ៍អំពីវឌ្ឍនភាពការងារសំខាន់ៗ និងបញ្ហាប្រឈមនានាជូនអង្គប្រជុំ។ ទន្ទឹមនឹងនេះ ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំពាក់ព័ន្ធក៏បានចូលរួមផ្លាស់ប្តូរមតិយោបល់ និងផ្តល់ធាតុចូលសំខាន់ៗ សំដៅចូលរួមពង្រឹងការងារលើកកម្ពស់អភិបាលកិច្ចក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច។

ក្នុងឱកាសនេះផងដែរ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណ និងវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ចំពោះថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្ត្រីពាក់ព័ន្ធទាំងអស់ ដែលបានខិតខំបំពេញតួនាទីភារកិច្ច ដែលមានចែងក្នុងសេចក្តីណែនាំស្តីពីការបង្កើតគណៈកម្មាធិការលើកកម្ពស់អភិបាលកិច្ចក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច ដែលជាយន្តការក្នុងការដឹកនាំ គាំទ្រ សម្របសម្រួល និងជំរុញការអនុវត្តនូវការងារកែទម្រង់ ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់អភិបាលកិច្ចរបស់ក្រសួង ស្របតាមការណែនាំរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ក៏បានរំលឹកផងដែរថា ការងារកែទម្រង់សំខាន់ៗត្រូវបានគិតគូរ និងខិតខំជំរុញជាបន្តបន្ទាប់ ចាប់តាំងពីរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល នានីតិកាលមុនៗ និងបន្តរហូតដល់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល នីតិកាលទី៧ នៃរដ្ឋសភានាពេលនេះ។

បន្ថែមពីនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី បានផ្តល់អនុសាសន៍ណែនាំសំខាន់ៗដល់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្ត្រីពាក់ព័ន្ធទាំងអស់ ត្រូវបន្តខិតខំបំពេញតួនាទី ភារកិច្ចដូចមានកំណត់ក្នុងលិខិតបទដ្ឋានគតិយុត្តជាធរមាន និងឱ្យស្របតាមល្បឿននៃការកែទម្រង់សំខាន់ៗរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល។ លើសពីនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី បានសង្កត់ធ្ងន់ទៅលើការបន្តខិតខំជំរុញការរៀបចំលិខិតបទដ្ឋានគតិយុត្តរបស់ក្រសួង និងការត្រៀមខ្លួនក្នុងការអនុវត្តលិខិតបទដ្ឋានគតិយុត្តទាំងនេះឱ្យបានពេញលេញ ក្នុងនាមជាស្ថាប័នដឹកនាំនិងគ្រប់គ្រងវិស័យអធិការកិច្ចនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។

H.E. SOK Soken, Minister of Inspection, chaired a meeting of the Committee for Promoting Governance of the Ministry of Inspection to monitor and review the Committee for Promoting Governance of the Ministry of Inspection’s work progress, with the participation of leaders and relevant officials at the Ministry.

In accordance with the meeting’s agenda, H.E. Permanent Secretary of State, Standing Vice-Chairperson, alongside leaders who are the heads of the Legal Reform Working Group, the Public Administration Reform Working Group, and the Public Financial Management Reform Working Group of the Committee for Promoting Governance of the Ministry of Inspection, reported on key progress and challenges to the meeting. Meanwhile, relevant leaders actively exchanged views and provided valuable inputs aimed at contributing to the enhancement of governance within the Ministry of Inspection.

On this occasion, H.E. Minister expressed his gratitude and appreciation to all leaders and relevant officials for their dedicated efforts in performing their roles and duties as outlined in the Instruction on the Establishment of the Committee for Promoting Governance of the Ministry of Inspection, which serves as a mechanism to lead, support, coordinate, and drive the implementation of reform initiatives to enhance the Ministry’s governance in accordance with Royal Government directives. Concurrently, the H.E. Minister recalled that key reform efforts have been carefully considered and continuously driven since previous mandates of the Royal Government, continuing into the current 7th Legislature of the National Assembly.

Furthermore, H.E. Minister provided key recommendations instructing all leaders and relevant officials to continue fulfilling their roles and duties as prescribed in applicable legal and regulatory instruments and in line with the pace of the Royal Government’s key reforms. Additionally, H.E. Minister emphasized continuing efforts to expedite the preparation of the Ministry’s legal and regulatory instruments and ensuring readiness for the full implementation, in the Ministry’s capacity as the lead institution governing the inspection sector in the Kingdom of Cambodia.
