ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច អនុប្រធានក្រុមការងាររាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលចុះមូលដ្ឋានខេត្តស្វាយរៀង និងជាប្រធានក្រុមការងាររាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលចុះមូលដ្ឋានស្រុករមាសហែក ព្រមទាំង លោកជំទាវ ចម ក្រស្នា បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមក្នុងពិធីបុណ្យកាន់បិណ្ឌ បិណ្ឌទី១២ នៅវត្តទង់រាជថ្មី ស្ថិតនៅភូមិជ្រុងពពេល ឃុំម្រាម ស្រុករមាសហែក ខេត្តស្វាយរៀង ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច ក្រុមការងាររាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលចុះមូលដ្ឋានស្រុក ក្រុមហ៊ុន សោម៉ាគ្រុប និងបុត្រសម្ព័ន្ធ អាជ្ញាធរដែនដីគ្រប់លំដាប់ថ្នាក់ ព្រមទាំងពុទ្ធបរិស័ទចំណុះជើងវត្តជាច្រើនរូប។

នៅក្នុងឱកាសប្រកបដោយសទ្ធាជ្រះថ្លានេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ព្រមទាំងលោកជំទាវ បានអញ្ជើញវេរប្រគេនទេយ្យទាន និងបច្ច័យបូជាដល់ព្រះសង្ឃ និងបានចូលរួមបង្សុកូល និងរាប់បាត្រ ដើម្បីឧទ្ទិសមគ្គផល កុសលផលបុណ្យ ជូនដល់ដួងវិញ្ញាណក្ខន្ធបុព្វការីជន ញាតិកាដែលបានចែកឋានទៅកាន់បរលោកខាងមុខ ជាពិសេសថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំគ្រប់លំដាប់ថ្នាក់នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងវីរយុទ្ធជន និងវីរកងទ័ពកម្ពុជាដែលបានពលីជីវិតក្នុងសមរភូមិ ដើម្បីបុព្វហេតុការពារជាតិ មាតុភូមិ។

បន្ទាប់ពីកិច្ចបញ្ចប់ពិធីសាសនា ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានអញ្ជើញមានមតិសំណេះសំណាល និងសាកសួរសុខទុក្ខយ៉ាងស្និទ្ធស្នាល ជាមួយលោកតាជី យាយជី និងបងប្អូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ពុទ្ធបរិស័ទដែលបានចូលរួម ព្រមទាំងបានពាំនាំនូវការសាកសួរសុខទុក្ខពី សម្ដេចអគ្គមហាសេនាបតីតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន ប្រធានព្រឹទ្ធសភានៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា សម្ដេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងសម្តេចកិត្តិសង្គហបណ្ឌិត ម៉ែន សំអន ឧត្តមប្រឹក្សាផ្ទាល់ព្រះមហាក្សត្រនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ជូនដល់បងប្អូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋទាំងអស់។

ជាមួយគ្នានេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានគូសបញ្ជាក់អំពីការខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលលើការងារកែទម្រង់ និងការពង្រឹងអភិបាលកិច្ច ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់ប្រសិទ្ធភាពការងារ និងការផ្តល់សេវាសាធារណៈជូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋឱ្យកាន់តែប្រសើរឡើង ព្រមទាំងបានលើកឡើងអំពីការឈ្លានពានពីសំណាក់យោធាថៃមកលើប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ដោយបានអំពាវនាវដល់បងប្អូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋឱ្យបន្តចូលរួមគាំទ្រចំពោះវិធានការ និងដំណោះស្រាយរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ក្នុងការការពារបូរណភាពទឹកដី និងអធិបតេយ្យភាពជាតិ។

បន្ថែមពីនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានជម្រាបជូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋអំពីដំណើរការនៃការបោះឆ្នោតជ្រើសរើសក្រុមប្រឹក្សាឃុំ-សង្កាត់ អាណត្តិទី៦ ឆ្នាំ២០២៧ ខាងមុខ ដោយបានជំរុញ និងលើកទឹកចិត្តឱ្យបងប្អូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋចូលរួមចុះឈ្មោះបោះឆ្នោត និងចូលរួមបោះឆ្នោតឱ្យបានគ្រប់ៗគ្នា ជាពិសេសគឺបោះឆ្នោតជូនគណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា ដើម្បីធានាបាននូវការបន្តថែរក្សាសុខសន្តិភាព ស្ថិរភាព និងការអភិវឌ្ឍនៅតាមមូលដ្ឋានឱ្យកាន់តែរីកចម្រើន។ ជាកិច្ចបញ្ចប់ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ក៏បានបញ្ជាក់ពីការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តក្នុងការខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងសម្របសម្រួល ពិនិត្យលទ្ធភាព និងជំរុញជាមួយភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធទាំងអស់ ដើម្បីបន្តកសាង និងអភិវឌ្ឍហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធចាំបាច់ក្នុងស្រុករមាសហែក រួមទាំងឃុំម្រាម សំដៅលើកកម្ពស់កម្រិតជីវភាព និងសម្រួលដល់ការរស់នៅរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋក្នុងមូលដ្ឋានឱ្យកាន់តែប្រសើរឡើង។

H.E. SOK Soken, Minister of Inspection, Deputy Chairman of the Royal Government’s Working Group in Svay Rieng Province and Chairman of the Royal Government’s Working Group in Romeas Haek District, and Lok Chumteav CHAM Krasna, attended the 12th day Kan Ben ceremony at Tong Reach Thmei Pagoda, located in Chrung Popel Village, Mream Commune, Romeas Haek District, Svay Rieng Province, with the participation of leaders of the Ministry of Inspection, the Royal Government Working Group for the district, Soma Group and its subsidiaries, local authorities at all levels, and local citizens.

During this occasion, H.E. Minister and Lok Chumteav presented offerings and donations to the Buddhist monks, joining in the dedication of merit through traditional prayers and alms offering, to dedicate to the souls of ancestors, relatives, and late leaders of the Kingdom of Cambodia, as well as Cambodian heroic soldiers who sacrificed their lives to defend the nation and motherland.

Following the religious ceremony, H.E. Minister engaged in a cordial exchange with the elderly devotees and local citizens in attendance, conveying warm greetings from Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN Sen, President of the Senate of the Kingdom of Cambodia, Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei HUN Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and Samdech Kitti Sangahapundit MEN Sam An, Supreme Advisor to His Majesty the King of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

At the same time, H.E. Minister highlighted the Royal Government’s ongoing efforts in governance reforms to enhance work efficiency and improve public service delivery for citizens, as well as addressed the Thai military aggression against Cambodia, calling on the public to remain united in supporting the Royal Government’s measures and solutions in safeguarding national territorial integrity and sovereignty.

Furthermore, H.E. Minister briefed on the upcoming 6th Mandate Commune/Sangkat Council Elections in 2027, encouraging all citizens to register and vote, particularly for the Cambodian People’s Party, to ensure the preservation of peace, stability, and continued local development. In conclusion, H.E. Minister reaffirmed the commitment to coordinating with relevant stakeholders to examine possibilities for developing essential infrastructure in Romeas Haek District and Mream Commune, aiming to enhance living standards and facilitate the daily lives of local communities.
