ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បានអញ្ជើញដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំប្រចាំសប្ដាហ៍ដើម្បីពិនិត្យ និងពិភាក្សាបញ្ចប់លើសេចក្តីព្រាងប្រកាសស្ដីពីក្រមសីលធម៌មន្រ្តីនៃក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច សេចក្តីណែនាំស្តីពីការពង្រឹងប្រសិទ្ធភាពការងារទទួលពាក្យបណ្តឹង និងសេចក្ដីសម្រេចស្ដីពីការបង្កើតយន្តការពិនិត្យលើការទទួលពាក្យបណ្ដឹង ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្រ្តីរាជការនៃក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច ព្រមទាំងប្រធាន និងតំណាងមន្ទីរអធិការកិច្ចរាជធានី-ខេត្ត ទាំង២៥ តាមប្រព័ន្ធអនឡាញ នៅទីស្ដីការក្រសួង។

ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ ដែលជាថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំនៃអនុក្រុមការងារពាក់ព័ន្ធ នៃក្រុមការងារតាមដាន និងត្រួតពិនិត្យការអនុវត្តយុទ្ធសាស្រ្ត ព៤ជ៤ បានធ្វើបទបង្ហាញស្តីពីវឌ្ឍនភាពនៃការរៀបចំនិងខ្លឹមសារសំខាន់ៗនៃលិខិតបទដ្ឋានគតិយុត្តខាងលើនេះ ដោយមានការចូលរួមជាមតិយោបល់ និងធាតុចូលសំខាន់ៗពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំពាក់ព័ន្ធយ៉ាងផុសផុល ដើម្បីអនុវត្តការងារឱ្យកាន់តែមានប្រសិទ្ធភាពនាពេលខាងមុខ។

ថ្លែងក្នុងអង្គប្រជុំ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណ និងវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ចំពោះឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ ដែលជាថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្ត្រីពាក់ព័ន្ធនៃអនុក្រុមការងារទាំងអស់ ដែលបានខិតខំរៀបចំលិខិតបទដ្ឋានគតិយុត្តដ៏មានសារៈសំខាន់ទាំងនេះ ដែលមានលក្ខណៈពេញលេញ សង្គតិភាព និងជាប្រព័ន្ធ សំដៅដល់ការពង្រឹងក្រមសីលធម៌មន្រ្តីនៃក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច និងពង្រឹងប្រសិទ្ធភាពការងារទទួលពាក្យបណ្តឹង ដោយតម្លាភាព ទាន់ពេលវេលា និងទទួលខុសត្រូវ រហូតសម្រេចបានសមិទ្ធផលនាពេលនេះ។ បន្ថែមពីនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ក៏បានផ្តល់អនុសាសន៍ដល់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្រ្តីរាជការពាក់ព័ន្ធយកចិត្តទុកដាក់លើការប្រតិបត្តិនូវលិខិតបទដ្ឋានគតិយុត្តនានារបស់ក្រសួងឱ្យបានល្អប្រសើរ និងរក្សាឱ្យបាននូវអត្តសញ្ញាណរបស់ក្រសួង ព្រមទាំងបន្តខិតខំអនុវត្តការងារឱ្យសម្រេចបាននូវសមិទ្ធផលថ្មីៗបន្ថែមទៀត ដូចដែលបានកំណត់តាមយុទ្ធសាស្រ្ត ព៤ជ៤របស់ក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច។

H.E. SOK Soken, Minister of Inspection, led a weekly meeting to review and finalize the draft Prakas on the Code of Ethics for Officials of the Ministry of Inspection, the Instruction on Strengthening the Effectiveness of Complaint Receipt Management, and the Decision on the Establishment of a Mechanism for Reviewing Complaint Receipts, with the participation of leaders and civil servants of the Ministry of Inspection, alongside the heads and representatives of the 25 Municipal-Provincial Departments of Inspection via an online platform at the Ministry.

On that occasion, Excellencies and Lok Chumteavs, who are the leaders of the relevant sub-working groups of the Working Group for Monitoring the Implementation of the S4P4 Strategy, presented the progress of the preparation and the key contents of the aforementioned regulatory documents; this was followed by active participation, suggestions, and vital inputs from the relevant leaders to ensure more effective work implementation in the near future.

Speaking at the meeting, H.E. Minister expressed his appreciation and high evaluation to the leaders and relevant officials of all sub-working groups who strived to prepare these crucial regulatory documents, ensuring they are comprehensive, consistent, and systematic, aiming to strengthen the code of ethics for the Ministry’s officials and enhance the effectiveness of complaint receipt management with transparency, timeliness, and responsibility, leading to the successful achievements today. Furthermore, H.E. Minister provided recommendations to relevant leaders and civil servants to pay close attention to properly implementing the Ministry’s various regulatory documents, maintain the Ministry’s identity, and continue striving to achieve further new accomplishments as set out in the Ministry of Inspection’s “S4P4” Strategy.
