ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បានអញ្ជើញដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំដើម្បីពិភាក្សាលើករណីបណ្តឹងរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្ត្រីពាក់ព័ន្ធ នៅទីស្ដីការក្រសួង។ ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ បានរាយការណ៍ជូន អង្គប្រជុំយ៉ាងលម្អិតអំពីវឌ្ឍនភាពនៃការពិនិត្យ និងស្រាវជ្រាវករណីបណ្តឹងខាងលើ សំដៅប្រមូលនូវព័ត៌មានគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយ និងធាតុចូលសំខាន់ៗ សម្រាប់ជាមូលដ្ឋានក្នុងការដោះស្រាយឱ្យបានត្រឹមត្រូវ។

ថ្លែងក្នុងអង្គប្រជុំ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានផ្ដល់នូវអនុសាសន៍ណែនាំដល់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្ត្រីពាក់ព័ន្ធ ឱ្យបន្តយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ពិនិត្យ និងដោះស្រាយករណីបណ្តឹងនេះឱ្យបានហ្មត់ចត់ ដោយឈរលើគោលការណ៍ច្បាប់ តម្លាភាព យុត្តិធម៌ និងគណនេយ្យភាព និងពន្លឿននីតិវិធី និងយន្តការដោះស្រាយឱ្យបានឆាប់រហ័ស ស្របតាមលិខិតបទដ្ឋានគតិយុត្តជាធរមាន និងស្របតាមស្មារតី «យុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ ព៤ជ៤» របស់ក្រសួង សំដៅធានាបាននូវយុត្តិធម៌ តម្លាភាព និងពង្រឹងទំនុកចិត្តរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋមកលើយន្តការដោះស្រាយបណ្ដឹងរបស់ក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច។

H.E. SOK Soken, Minister of Inspection, chaired a meeting to review and discuss citizen’s complaint, with the participation of leaders and relevant officials, at the Ministry. On this occasion, the leaders provided a detailed report to the meeting on the progress of reviewing and investigating above complaint case, aiming to gather comprehensive information and key inputs to serve as a sound basis for proper resolution.

Addressing the meeting, H.E. Minister provided guidance to the leaders and relevant officials to continue paying close attention to reviewing and resolving the complaint case thoroughly, adhering strictly to the principles of law, transparency, fairness, and accountability, as well as instructed them to accelerate resolution procedures and mechanisms in accordance with existing legal and regulatory frameworks and the spirit of the ministry’s “S4P4” Strategy to ensure justice, transparency, and public trust in the dispute resolution mechanisms of the Ministry.
