ខេត្តស្វាយរៀង ថ្ងៃទី១៨ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ – ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច អនុប្រធានក្រុមការងាររាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលចុះមូលដ្ឋានខេត្តស្វាយរៀង និងជាប្រធានក្រុមការងាររាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលចុះមូលដ្ឋានស្រុករមាសហែក ព្រមទាំងលោកជំទាវ បានអញ្ជើញចុះជួបសំណេះសំណាលសួរសុខទុក្ខ និងនាំយកអំណោយជាសំភារៈបរិក្ខារចែកជូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋភៀសសឹក និងគ្រួសារវីរកងទ័ពដែលកំពុងស្នាក់នៅ និងរស់នៅក្នុងស្រុករមាសហែក ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្ត្រីរាជការជាច្រើនរូបនៃក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច នៅសាលាស្រុករមាសហែក ខេត្តស្វាយរៀង។

ថ្លែងក្នុងពិធីដ៏មានអត្ថន័យនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីបានពាំនាំប្រសាសន៍ផ្តាំផ្ញើសាកសួរសុខទុក្ខ និងសេចក្តីនឹករលឹកពីសំណាក់សម្តេចតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន ប្រធានព្រឹទ្ធសភា, សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងសម្ដេចកិត្តិសង្គហបណ្ឌិត ម៉ែន សំអន ឧត្តមប្រឹក្សាផ្ទាល់ព្រះមហាក្សត្រនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ដែលតែងតែយកចិត្តទុក្ខដាក់អំពីការលំបាករបស់បងប្អូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋជាពិសេសជនភៀសសឹកដែលបានចាកចោលផ្ទះសម្បែង ទ្រព្យសម្បត្តិ ដើម្បីរកទីកន្លែងសុវត្ថិភាពដោយសារការឈ្លានពានពីសំណាក់កងទ័ពថៃ។

បន្ថែមលើនោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានលើកឡើងពីសភាពការណ៍ថ្មីៗនៃបញ្ហាព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ ដោយរំលេចពីអភិក្រមរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាក្រោមការដឹកនាំប្រកបដោយចក្ខុវិស័យវែងឆ្ងាយ និងប្រាកដនិយមរបស់សម្តេចធិបតីនាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ក្នុងការដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាព្រំដែនជាមួយប្រទេសថៃ តាមរយៈច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ ការទូតនិងបច្ចេកទេស និងយោធា ជាពិសេសសកម្មភាពនៃការអនុវត្តច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិរបស់កម្ពុជា និងសកម្មភាពរំលោភច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិនិងបង្កហេតុរបស់ថៃ រួមទាំងសកម្មភាពរបស់កងទ័ពថៃកាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៧ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ដែលសហគមន៍អន្តរជាតិបានយល់ច្បាស់។ ក្នុងនោះផងដែរ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តីបានលើកឡើងអំពីខ្លឹមសារលិខិតរបស់សម្តេចធិបតី ពាក់ព័ន្ធបញ្ហាព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ ដែលបានផ្ញើជូនប្រធានអាស៊ាន អគ្គលេខាធិការអង្គការសហប្រជាតិ និងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំប្រទេសមហាអំណាច ដូចជា សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក ចិន បារាំង និងបានអំពាវនាវឱ្យបងប្អូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋសូមមានជំនឿទុកចិត្តលើចំណាត់ការដ៏ច្បាស់លាស់ និងមោះមុតរបស់ប្រមុខរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ក្នុងការការពារបូរណភាពទឹកដី និងអធិបតេយ្យភាពជាតិ។

ឆ្លៀតក្នុងឱកាសដ៏ប្រពៃថ្លៃថ្លានេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណដល់សប្បុរសជនទាំងអស់ដែលបានចូលរួមឧបត្ថម្ភគាំទ្រ ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ លោក លោកស្រី ជាថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ មន្ត្រីរាជការក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច មន្ទីរអធិការកិច្ចទាំង២៥រាជធានី-ខេត្ត ជាពិសេសគឺការចូលរួមដ៏ថ្លៃថ្លាពីលោកជំទាវ អាន្នី សុខអាន និងក្រុមគ្រួសារសម្តេចវិបុលបញ្ញា សុខ អាន ផងដែរ។

Svay Rieng, September 18, 2025 – H.E. Sok Soken, Minister of Inspection, Deputy Chairman of the Royal Government’s Working Group in Svay Rieng Province, Chairman of the Royal Government’s Working Group in Romeas Haek District and Lok Chumteav, paid a cordial visit to meet and extend warm regards, while delivering donations of supplies to displaced citizens and families of military veterans residing in Romeas Haek District, with the participation of leaders and officials of the Ministry of Inspection at the Romeas Haek District Hall, Svay Rieng Province.

On this special occasion, H.E. Minister conveyed words of goodwill from Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, President of the Senate, Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and Samdech Kittisangahapundit Men Sam An, Supreme Advisor to His Majesty the King of the Kingdom of Cambodia, who have always shown deep concern for the hardships faced by our people, particularly the displaced citizens who were compelled to leave their homes and properties in search of safety due to the aggression of Thai armed forces.

In addition, H.E. Minister highlighted recent developments concerning the Cambodia–Thailand border issue by emphasizing the Royal Government’s commitment, under the farsighted leadership of the Samdech Thipadei Prime Minister, to resolving the border issue with Thailand through international law, diplomacy and technical mechanisms, and military measures, specifically, the actions of Cambodia in implementing international law and Thailand’s violations and provocations, including the activities of the Thai armed forces on September 17, 2025, which have been clearly recognized by the international community. Furthermore, H.E. Minister highlighted the letter from Samdech Thipadei Prime Minister regarding the Cambodia–Thailand border issue, which was sent to the Chair of ASEAN, the Secretary-General of the United Nations, and the leaders of major powers such as the United States, China, and France, and urged the Cambodian people to maintain confidence in the clear and resolute measures of the Head of Government in safeguarding the nation’s territorial integrity and sovereignty.

On this highly honorable occasion, H.E. Minister expressed gratitude to all philanthropists who participated in supporting and assisting, including Excellencies and Lok Chumteavs, officials of the Ministry of Inspection, and the 25 provincial and municipal Inspection Departments, especially for the generous contributions from Lok Chumteav Annie Sok An and the family of Samdech Vibol Panha Sok An.
