តាងនាមរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីលាងសាយភោជន៍ទទួលស្វាគមន៍គណៈប្រតិភូខេត្តហឺណាននៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិន ដឹកនាំដោយឯកឧត្តម ចឹង ហៃយ៉ាង (ZHENG Haiyang) អភិបាលរងខេត្តហឺណាន នៅសណ្ឋាគារសូហ្វីតែលភ្នំពេញភូគីត្រា។
រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ថ្ងៃទី៩ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ – តាងនាមរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីលាងសាយភោជន៍ទទួលស្វាគមន៍គណៈប្រតិភូខេត្តហឺណាននៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិន ដឹកនាំដោយឯកឧត្តម ចឹង ហៃយ៉ាង (ZHENG Haiyang) អភិបាលរងខេត្តហឺណាន នៅសណ្ឋាគារសូហ្វីតែលភ្នំពេញភូគីត្រា។ ក្នុងពិធីទទួលស្វាគមន៍នោះក៏មានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីលោក ចាន់ ដេវីដ នាយកប្រតិបត្តិក្រុមហ៊ុនអាកាសចរណ៍ជាតិកម្ពុជា, ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ លោក លោកស្រី និងភ្ញៀវកិត្តិយសជាច្រើនរូប។
ថ្លែងក្នុងពិធីដ៏មានអត្ថន័យនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានគូសរំលេចពីចំណងមិត្តភាព សាមគ្គីភាព កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ និងភាពជាដៃគូយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយរវាងកម្ពុជា និងចិន ដែលមានការរីកលូតលាស់លើគ្រប់វិស័យអស់រយៈពេល ៦៧ឆ្នាំកន្លងមកហើយ។ បន្ថែមលើនោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានរំលេចឡើងពីលទ្ធផលប្រកបដោយផ្លែផ្កានៃជំនួបទ្វេភាគីរវាង សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងឯកឧត្តមប្រធានាធិបតីចិន ស៊ី ជិនពីង នៅសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិន កាលពីពេលថ្មីៗកន្លងទៅនេះ ដែលបានបង្ហាញពីការរឹតចំណងមិត្តភាពដែកថែប និងពង្រីកសាមគ្គីភាព កម្ពុជា-ចិន ឱ្យកាន់តែរឹងមាំបន្ថែមទៀត សំដៅកសាងសហគមន៍វាសនារួមកម្ពុជា-ចិន គ្រប់រដូវកាល ក្នុងយុគសម័យថ្មី ប្រកបដោយគុណភាពខ្ពស់ កម្រិតខ្ពស់ និងស្តង់ដាខ្ពស់ក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០២៥នេះ។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក៏បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណដល់រដ្ឋាភិបាលចិន ដែលបានគាំទ្របទឈប់បាញ់ និងបានផ្តល់ជំនួយមនុស្សធម៌ចំនួន ២០លានយ័នដល់កម្ពុជា ដើម្បីជួយស្ដារឡើងវិញនូវការខូចខាត និងជួយសម្រួលដល់ទុក្ខលំបាករបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋដែលរងគ្រោះដោយសារជម្លោះតាមបណ្តោយព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃផងដែរ។
ទន្ទឹមនឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការលើវិស័យសំខាន់ៗជាច្រើនជាមួយខេត្តហឺណាន ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានស្នើសុំជំរុញកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការថ្មីលើវិស័យអធិការកិច្ច រវាងក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច និងរដ្ឋបាលខេត្តហឺណាន ដើម្បីជាប្រយោជន៍ក្នុងការជំរុញកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការប្រកបដោយតម្លាភាព ភាពជឿជាក់ និងអភិបាលកិច្ចល្អរវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរ។

Phnom Penh, September 9, 2025 – On behalf of the Royal Government of Cambodia, H.E. Sok Soken, Minister of Inspection, presided over the welcome banquet for the delegation from Henan Province of the People’s Republic of China, led by H.E. Zheng Haiyang, Vice Governor of Henan Province, at Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra Hotel. The event was also attended by Mr. Zhan David, CEO of Air Cambodia, Excellencies, Lok Chumteavs, Ladies and Gentlemen, and many other distinguished guests.
Speaking at this meaningful event, H.E. Minister highlighted the friendship, solidarity, cooperation, and comprehensive strategic partnership between the Kingdom of Cambodia and the People’s Republic of China, which have steadily grown across all sectors over the past 67 years. H.E. Minister further emphasized the fruitful outcomes of the recent bilateral meeting between Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and H.E. Xi Jinping, President of the People’s Republic of China, which reaffirmed the ironclad friendship and further strengthened the Cambodia-China solidarity with the aim of “Building an All-Weather Cambodia–China Community with a Shared Future in the New Era”, characterized by high quality, high level, and high standards, in 2025. In this regard, H.E. Minister expressed his gratitude to the Government of the People’s Republic of China for supporting the ceasefire and for providing humanitarian assistance amounting to 20 million Yuan to the Kingdom of Cambodia, in order to help restore the damages and alleviate the hardships of the people affected by the conflict along the Cambodia-Thailand border.
Alongside the wide-ranging cooperation with Henan Province in many important sectors, H.E. Minister proposed to further promote new cooperation in the inspection sector between the Ministry of Inspection and the Henan provincial administration, in order to advance collaboration based on transparency, mutual trust, and good governance between the two countries.
