ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បានអញ្ជើញដឹកនាំគណៈប្រតិភូក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បំពេញទស្សនកិច្ចការងារ និងជួបសម្ដែងការគួរសមជាមួយ ឯកឧត្តម Nguyễn Công Vinh អនុប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការប្រជាជនទីក្រុងហូជីមិញ ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពី លោក ផាម វ៉ាន់ ងី (Phạm Văn Nghì) អធិការ នៃអធិការកិច្ចទីក្រុងហូជីមិញ និងលោក លន់ ប៊ុនវឌ្ឍន៍ អគ្គកុងស៊ុលព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជាប្រចាំទីក្រុងហូជីមិញ ព្រមទាំងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្ត្រីជំនាញនៃក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច និងគណៈកម្មាធិការប្រជាជនទីក្រុងហូជីមិញ នៅទីក្រុងហូជីមិញ សាធារណរដ្ឋសង្គមនិយមវៀតណាម។

ថ្លែងនៅក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ពីទំនាក់ទំនងដ៏ជិតស្និទ្ធរវាងកម្ពុជា និងវៀតណាម ដែលត្រូវបានថែរក្សា និងពង្រឹងជាបន្តបន្ទាប់លើគ្រប់វិស័យ និងគ្រប់កម្រិត ស្របតាមស្មារតីនៃ «ភាពជាអ្នកជិតខាងល្អ មិត្តភាពជាប្រពៃណី កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយ និងស្ថិរភាពយូរអង្វែង»។ បន្ថែមពីនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានជម្រាបជូនអំពីការអនុវត្ត «យុទ្ធសាស្ត្របញ្ចកោណ-ដំណាក់កាលទី១» របស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ក្រោមការដឹកនាំប្រកបដោយគតិបណ្ឌិត និងចក្ខុវិស័យវែងឆ្ងាយរបស់ សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ដែលផ្តោតលើ «ការកែទម្រង់ និងការពង្រឹងអភិបាលកិច្ច» ។

ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ក៏បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ពីសារៈសំខាន់នៃការស្វែងយល់ និងផ្លាស់ប្តូរបទពិសោធលើការងារអធិការកិច្ចនៅថ្នាក់ខេត្ត ព្រមទាំងបានជំរុញឱ្យចូលរួមពង្រឹង និងពង្រីកកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងមន្ទីរអធិការកិច្ចរាជធានី-ខេត្តរបស់កម្ពុជា ជាមួយអធិការកិច្ចថ្នាក់ខេត្ត-ក្រុងរបស់វៀតណាម ជាពិសេសនៅតាមបណ្តាខេត្តជាប់ព្រំដែននៃប្រទេសទាំងពីរ សំដៅបង្កើនប្រសិទ្ធភាពការងារ និងពូនជ្រុំមិត្តភាពរវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរឱ្យកាន់តែរឹងមាំបន្ថែមទៀត។ នាឱកាសនោះដែរ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី និងគណៈប្រតិភូក្រសួង បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមក្នុងពិធីលៀងសាយភោជ ដែលរៀបចំដោយ ឯកឧត្តមអនុប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការប្រជាជនទីក្រុងហូជីមិញ ប្រកបដោយបរិយាកាសស្និទ្ធស្នាល និងមិត្តភាពផងដែរ។

H.E. SOK Soken, Minister of Inspection, led the delegation of the Ministry of Inspection on a working visit and paid a courtesy call on H.E. Mr. Nguyễn Công Vinh, Vice-Chairman of the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, with the participation of Mr. Pham Van Nghi, Chief Inspector of the Ho Chi Minh City Inspectorate, and Mr. LUON Bunvadh, Consul General of the Kingdom of Cambodia in Ho Chi Minh City, alongside leaders and technical officers from both the Ministry of Inspection and the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, in Ho Chi Minh City, Socialist Republic of Viet Nam.

On that occasion, H.E. Minister emphasized the close relations between Cambodia and Viet Nam, which have been continuously nurtured and strengthened across all sectors and levels in accordance with the spirit of “Good Neighborliness, Traditional Friendship, Comprehensive Cooperation, and Long-Lasting Stability.” Furthermore, H.E. Minister briefed on the implementation of the “Pentagonal Strategy – Phase I” of the Royal Government of Cambodia, under the wise and pragmatic leadership of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei HUN Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, which focuses on “Reform and Governance Strengthening.”

H.E. Minister also highlighted the importance of studying and exchanging experiences regarding inspection work at the provincial level and encouraged strengthening and expanding cooperation between Cambodia’s Municipal-Provincial Departments of Inspection and Viet Nam’s Provincial-Municipal Inspectorates, particularly in border provinces, aiming to enhance operational efficiency and further cultivate the solid friendship between the two nations. On that occasion, H.E. Minister and the delegation also attended the gala dinner hosted by H.E. Vice-Chairman of the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
