ជាកិច្ចចាប់ផ្ដើម ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណចំពោះការទទួលស្វាគមន៍យ៉ាងកក់ក្តៅ និងបានអបអរសាទរចំពោះសមិទ្ធផលរីកចម្រើនជាច្រើនរបស់ Viettel ក្នុងវិស័យទូរគមនាគមន៍ បច្ចេកវិទ្យាឌីជីថល និងបញ្ញាសិប្បនិម្មិត (AI)។ ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី និងគណៈប្រតិភូ ក៏បានសិក្សាស្វែងយល់អំពីប្រព័ន្ធអភិបាលកិច្ច និងការងារតាមដានការអនុវត្តច្បាប់ របស់ក្រុមហ៊ុន Viettel ដើម្បីដកស្រង់បទពិសោធ និងការអនុវត្តជាក់ស្ដែងល្អៗ ប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព។

ជាមួយគ្នានេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី បានវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ចំពោះក្រុមហ៊ុន ជាពិសេស ក្រុមហ៊ុនMetfone (បុត្រសម្ព័ន្ធរបស់ Viettel) ដែលបានចូលរួមយ៉ាងសកម្មក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍសង្គម-សេដ្ឋកិច្ចកម្ពុជា ចាប់តាំងពីឆ្នាំ២០០៩ តាមរយៈការបង្កើតការងារ ការពង្រីកហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធ និងការចូលរួមក្នុងសកម្មភាពមនុស្សធម៌ និងសង្គមផ្សេងៗ ព្រមទាំងបានគូសបញ្ជាក់អំពីបរិយាកាសវិនិយោគអំណោយផលនៅកម្ពុជា ដោយបានលើកទឹកចិត្តឱ្យ Viettel និង Metfone ពិចារណាពង្រីកការវិនិយោគបន្ថែមទៀតនៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។

ជាកិច្ចបញ្ចប់ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានសម្តែងនូវក្ដីសង្ឃឹមយ៉ាងមុតមាំថា ក្រុមហ៊ុន Viettel និង Metfone នឹងបន្តធ្វើជាដៃគូសំខាន់ក្នុងការតភ្ជាប់ប្រជាជន សេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងបច្ចេកវិទ្យារវាងកម្ពុជា និងវៀតណាម និងបានជូនពរឱ្យក្រុមហ៊ុនទទួលបានជោគជ័យ និងការរីកចម្រើនប្រកបដោយចីរភាពក្នុងការចូលរួមចំណែកដល់ការអភិវឌ្ឍសង្គម-សេដ្ឋកិច្ចនៃប្រទេសទាំងពីរ។

H.E. SOK Soken, Minister of Inspection, led the delegation of the Ministry of Inspection on a study visit and working meeting with Colonel Dao Xuan Vu, Vice President of Viettel Group, with the participation of leaders from the Ministry of Inspection and Viettel Group, at Viettel’s headquarters.

At the outset, H.E. Minister expressed his appreciation for the warm hospitality and congratulated Viettel on its numerous accomplishments in telecommunications, digital technology, and artificial intelligence (AI). On that occasion, H.E. Minister and the delegation also learned about Viettel’s governance systems and regulatory compliance mechanisms to extract valuable experiences and effective best practices.

H.E. Minister highly commended the company, particularly Metfone (a subsidiary of Viettel), for its active contributions to Cambodia’s socio-economic development since 2009 through job creation, infrastructure expansion, and various humanitarian and social initiatives. Furthermore, H.E. Minister highlighted Cambodia’s favorable investment environment and encouraged Viettel and Metfone to consider expanding their investments further in Cambodia.

In conclusion, H.E. Minister expressed his strong hope that Viettel and Metfone will continue to serve as vital partners in connecting the people, economy, and technology between Cambodia and Viet Nam, wishing the company continued success and sustainable growth in contributing to the socio-economic development of both nations.
