ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បានអញ្ជើញដឹកនាំគណៈប្រតិភូក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បំពេញទស្សនកិច្ចការងារ និងជួបពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយ លោក ង្វៀង វ៉ាន់ លឿង (Nguyen Van Luong) នាយកសាលាកម្មាភិបាលអធិការកិច្ច នៃអធិការកិច្ចរដ្ឋាភិបាលវៀតណាម ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីលោកជំទាវឯកអគ្គរាជទូតកម្ពុជាប្រចាំប្រទេសវៀតណាម ព្រមទាំងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្ត្រីជំនាញនៃក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច និងសាលាកម្មាភិបាលអធិការកិច្ច នៃអធិការកិច្ចរដ្ឋាភិបាលវៀតណាម នៅទីស្នាក់ការសាលាកម្មាភិបាលអធិការកិច្ច។

ថ្លែងនៅក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ពីសារៈសំខាន់នៃដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចនេះ ដែលជាឱកាសដ៏មានតម្លៃក្នុងការផ្លាស់ប្តូរបទពិសោធ និងដកស្រង់នូវមេរៀនល្អៗលើការដឹកនាំ ការរៀបចំប្រព័ន្ធបណ្តុះបណ្តាល និងការអភិវឌ្ឍសមត្ថភាពមន្ត្រីអធិការកិច្ចឱ្យឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងការវិវត្តនៃបច្ចេកវិទ្យាឌីជីថល។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានជឿជាក់យ៉ាងមុតមាំថា តាមរយៈទស្សនកិច្ចនេះ វិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិអធិការកិច្ចកម្ពុជា នឹងអាចសិក្សាស្វែងយល់ និងទទួលបាននូវធាតុចូលសំខាន់ៗអំពីរបៀបដែលសាលាតភ្ជាប់ទ្រឹស្តី និងច្បាប់ទៅនឹងការអនុវត្តជាក់ស្តែង ដើម្បីយកមកអភិវឌ្ឍ និងពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពមន្ត្រីអធិការកិច្ចកម្ពុជាឱ្យកាន់តែមានប្រសិទ្ធភាពខ្ពស់។

ជាកិច្ចបញ្ចប់ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានជំរុញឱ្យសាលាកម្មាភិបាលអធិការកិច្ចវៀតណាម និងវិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិអធិការកិច្ចកម្ពុជា បន្តពង្រឹង និងពង្រីកកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការជាក់ស្តែងលើការងារបណ្តុះបណ្តាល និងការអភិវឌ្ឍធនធានមនុស្សឱ្យកាន់តែស៊ីជម្រៅ និងបានស្នើឱ្យស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរពិនិត្យលទ្ធភាពបន្ត និងរៀបចំកម្មវិធីផ្លាស់ប្តូរបទពិសោធ ព្រមទាំងការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញកម្រិតខ្ពស់ជូនដល់មន្ត្រីអធិការកិច្ចកម្ពុជានាពេលខាងមុខ សំដៅរួមចំណែកដល់ការលើកកម្ពស់អភិបាលកិច្ចល្អ និងពង្រឹងទំនាក់ទំនងមិត្តភាពរវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរឱ្យកាន់តែរឹងមាំបន្ថែមទៀត។

H.E. SOK Soken, Minister of Inspection, led the delegation of the Ministry of Inspection on a working visit and meeting with Mr. Nguyen Van Luong, Rector of the Inspection Training College of the Government Inspectorate of Viet Nam, with the participation of H.E. Mrs. Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, alongside leaders and technical officers from both the Ministry of Inspection and the Inspection Training College of the Government Inspectorate of Viet Nam, held at the headquarters of the Inspection Training College.

On that occasion, H.E. Minister highlighted the importance of the visit as a valuable opportunity to exchange experiences and best practices regarding leadership, training system organization, and capacity building for inspection officers to respond to the evolution of digital technology. Furthermore, H.E. Minister expressed his firm belief that through this visit, the National Institute of Inspection of Cambodia will gain key inputs and insights into how the school integrates theory and law into practical application, thereby developing and strengthening the capacity of Cambodian inspection officers with high efficiency.

In conclusion, H.E. Minister encouraged the Inspection Training College of Viet Nam and the National Institute of Inspection of Cambodia to continue strengthening and expanding practical cooperation in training and human resource development and requested both institutions to explore the possibility of continuing and organizing experience-sharing programs as well as advanced skill training for Cambodian inspection officers in the future, aiming to contribute to promoting good governance and further strengthening the friendship between the two nations.
