ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមក្នុងពិធីបើកមហាសន្និបាត សហព័ន្ធអតីតយុទ្ធជនអាស៊ាន (VECONAC) លើកទី២៥ ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តី នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា នៅវិមានសន្តិភាព

ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមក្នុងពិធីបើកមហាសន្និបាត សហព័ន្ធអតីតយុទ្ធជនអាស៊ាន (VECONAC) លើកទី២៥ ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តី នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា នៅវិមានសន្តិភាព។

មហាសន្និបាតដ៏មានសារៈសំខាន់នាពេលនេះ គឺជាឱកាសដើម្បីពង្រឹងសាមគ្គីភាព មិត្តភាព និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងអតីតយុទ្ធជននៃបណ្តាប្រទេសអាស៊ាន តាមរយៈការផ្លាស់ប្តូរបទពិសោធ និងឧត្តមានុវត្តន៍លើការលើកកម្ពស់សុខុមាលភាព និងការបង្ហាញពីការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ខ្ពស់របស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាក្នុងការគាំពារសង្គម ផ្តល់របបសន្តិសុខសង្គម សេវាថែទាំសុខភាព ដីសម្បទានសង្គមកិច្ច និងអាហារូបករណ៍ សំដៅលើកកម្ពស់ជីវភាព និងសេចក្តីថ្លៃថ្នូររបស់អតីតយុទ្ធជន និវត្តជន និងគ្រួសារជនពលី មរណៈ ដែលមានជីវភាពលំបាក ឱ្យកាន់តែប្រសើរឡើង។

H.E. SOK Soken, Minister of Inspection, attended the opening ceremony of the 25th VECONAC General Assembly, presided over by Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei HUN Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, at the Peace Palace.

This significant General Assembly serves as an opportunity to strengthen solidarity, friendship, and cooperation among veterans across ASEAN Member States through the exchange of experiences and best practices in promoting welfare, as well as to highlight the Royal Government of Cambodia’s deep attention to social protection, providing social security benefits, healthcare services, social land concessions, and scholarships to improve the livelihoods and dignity of veterans, retirees, and families of fallen or deceased soldiers facing hardship.
