ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីបិទវគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលជំនាញអធិការកិច្ចជំនាន់៨ វគ្គ៣ ដែលរៀបចំដោយវិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិអធិការកិច្ច សម្រាប់សិក្ខាកាមចំនួន៥០នាក់ ដែលជាមន្រ្តីរាជការនៃក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច និងក្រសួង ស្ថាប័ន នានា ព្រមទាំងមន្ទីរអធិការកិច្ច រាជធានី ខេត្ត ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្រ្តីរាជការជាច្រើនរូប នៅទីស្ដីការក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច។
ថ្លែងក្នុងពិធីដ៏មានសារៈសំខាន់នេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានសម្តែងនូវការកោតសរសើរចំពោះគណៈគ្រប់គ្រងវគ្គ គ្រូឧទ្ទេស និងក្រុមការងារវិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិអធិការកិច្ច ព្រមទាំងអបអរសាទរដល់សិក្ខាកាមទាំងអស់ដែលបានខិតខំរៀនសូត្រ និងបញ្ចប់វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះដោយជោគជ័យ និងបានគូសបញ្ជាក់យ៉ាងច្បាស់អំពីសារៈសំខាន់នៃវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះ ដោយបានលើកឡើងថា ការបញ្ចប់វគ្គសិក្សានាពេលនេះ មិនមែនជាចំណុចបញ្ចប់នៃការសិក្សានោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែគឺជា «ចំណុចចាប់ផ្តើមនៃការអនុវត្ត» ហើយតម្លៃពិតប្រាកដនៃវគ្គសិក្សានេះ មិនត្រូវបានវាស់វែងត្រឹមតែតាមរយៈវិញ្ញាបនបត្រទេ ប៉ុន្តែត្រូវវាស់វែងតាមរយៈការនាំយកចំណេះដឹង ជំនាញ ករណីសិក្សា និងបទពិសោធដែលបានដកស្រង់ ទៅអនុវត្តជាក់ស្តែងប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព និងភាពឆ្លាតវៃនៅក្នុងអង្គភាពរបស់ខ្លួន។
ជាកិច្ចបញ្ចប់ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានផ្តល់អនុសាសន៍ណែនាំដល់សិក្ខាកាមទាំងអស់ ឱ្យយកចំណេះដឹង និងបទពិសោធពីវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលទៅអនុវត្តជាក់ស្តែង ដើម្បីបង្កើនប្រសិទ្ធភាព និងគុណភាពការងារ និងបន្តចែករំលែកទៅកាន់សហការី ដោយត្រូវប្រកាន់ខ្ជាប់នូវក្រមសីលធម៌វិជា្ជជីវៈ ឯករាជ្យភាព សុចរិតភាព ស្អាតស្អំ មិនលំអៀង តម្លាភាព និងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ។ ទន្ទឹមនឹងនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ក៏បានផ្តល់អនុសាសន៍ណែនាំឱ្យវិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិអធិការកិច្ច បន្តអភិវឌ្ឍកម្មវិធីសិក្សា ពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពគ្រូឧទ្ទេស បង្កើនកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ និងជំរុញការស្រាវជ្រាវបន្ថែមទៀត ដើម្បីជួយឱ្យវិស័យអធិការកិច្ចកាន់តែរីកចម្រើនបន្ថែមទៀត។

During the closing ceremony of the Inspection Skill Training Course (Batch 8, Phase 3), H.E. Minister of Inspection addressed the trainees from various ministries and institutions, stating: “We are not a ministry tasked with finding fault, but rather a ministry that helps improve, strengthen capacity, and enhance the work efficiency of units subject to inspection”
H.E. SOK Soken, Minister of Inspection, presided over the closing ceremony of the Inspection Skill Training Course (Batch 8, Phase 3), organized by the National Institute of Inspection for 50 trainees comprising civil servants from the Ministry of Inspection, various ministries and institutions, as well as Municipal-Provincial Departments of Inspection, with the participation of leaders and officials at the Ministry of Inspection.
Speaking at this important ceremony, H.E. Minister commended the course management, instructors, and working group of the National Institute of Inspection, congratulated all trainees on their dedication in successfully completing the training program, and underscored the critical importance of this course by highlighting that the completion of the program is not the end of learning, but rather “the beginning of implementation,” emphasizing that the true value of the course is measured not merely by a certificate, but through applying the knowledge, skills, case studies, and lessons learned effectively and wisely within their respective institutions.
In conclusion, H.E. Minister urged all trainees to apply the knowledge and experience gained from the training in practice to enhance work efficiency and quality, while continuing to share these insights with colleagues by strictly adhering to professional ethics, independence, integrity, purity, impartiality, transparency, and accountability. Furthermore, H.E. Minister instructed the National Institute of Inspection to continue developing training curricula, strengthening instructor capacity, expanding institutional cooperation, and promoting further research to advance the inspection sector.
