ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច បានអញ្ជើញដឹកនាំគណៈប្រតិភូក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច ចូលជួបពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយ លោក ផាម វ៉ាន់ ងី (Phạm Văn Nghì) អធិការ នៃអធិការកិច្ចទីក្រុងហូជីមិញ ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីលោក លន់ ប៊ុនវឌ្ឍន៍ អគ្គកុងស៊ុលព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជាប្រចាំទីក្រុងហូជីមិញ និងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ ព្រមទាំងមន្រ្តីជំនាញ នៃក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច និងអធិការកិច្ចទីក្រុងហូជីមិញ នៅអធិការកិច្ចទីក្រុងហូជីមិញ នៃសាធារណរដ្ឋសង្គមនិយមវៀតណាម។ ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ពីសារៈសំខាន់នៃការផ្លាស់ប្តូរបទពិសោធ និងការអនុវត្តល្អៗលើការដឹកនាំ និងការគ្រប់គ្រងការងារអធិការកិច្ច រវាងក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច និងអធិការកិច្ចទីក្រុងហូជីមិញ ដើម្បីរួមចំណែកដល់ការពង្រឹងទំនាក់ទំនង និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរឱ្យកាន់តែជិតស្និទ្ធ។

ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ក៏បានគូសបញ្ជាក់អំពីការកែទម្រង់ និងការពង្រឹងអភិបាលកិច្ច តាមរយៈយុទ្ធសាស្ត្របញ្ចកោណ-ដំណាក់កាលទី១ របស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ក្រោមការដឹកនាំប្រកបដោយគតិបណ្ឌិត និងចក្ខុវែងឆ្ងាយរបស់ សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ដែលផ្តោតលើការធ្វើទំនើបកម្មស្ថាប័នរដ្ឋឱ្យក្លាយជា «រដ្ឋបាលសាធារណៈទំនើប ប្រកបដោយសមត្ថភាពខ្ពស់ ខ្លាំង វៃឆ្លាត និងស្អាតស្អំ»។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានជម្រាបជូនអំពីសមិទ្ធផលសំខាន់ៗដែលក្រសួងសម្រេចបានរួមមាន ការងារអធិការកិច្ច, ការដោះស្រាយបណ្តឹង, ការតាមដានការអនុវត្តច្បាប់, ការរៀបចំវេទិកាសាធារណៈ, ព្រមទាំងការរៀបចំសេចក្តីព្រាងច្បាប់ និងលិខិតបទដ្ឋានគតិយុត្តនានារបស់ក្រសួង។

លើសពីនេះ ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំនៃស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរបានចែករំលែក និងផ្លាស់ប្តូរបទពិសោធជាច្រើនលើការងារអធិការកិច្ច និងការងារដោះស្រាយបណ្តឹង ដោយបានផ្តោតលើការដឹកនាំ និងការគ្រប់គ្រងការងារអធិការកិច្ចជាក់ស្តែង យន្តការឆ្លើយតប និងដោះស្រាយបណ្តឹងរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋឱ្យបានទាន់ពេលវេលា ព្រមទាំងការលើកកម្ពស់តម្លាភាព និងគណនេយ្យភាព សំដៅពង្រឹងអភិបាលកិច្ចល្អ និងបង្កើនទំនុកចិត្តសាធារណៈ ដើម្បីបម្រើផលប្រយោជន៍ជូនប្រជាជននៃប្រទេសទាំងពីរ។

H.E. SOK Soken, Minister of Inspection, led the delegation of the Ministry of Inspection in a working meeting with Mr. Phạm Văn Nghì, Chief Inspector of the Ho Chi Minh City Inspectorate, with the participation of Mr. LUON Bunvadh, Consul General of the Kingdom of Cambodia in Ho Chi Minh City, alongside leaders and technical officers from both the Ministry of Inspection and the Ho Chi Minh City Inspectorate, held at the headquarters of the Ho Chi Minh City Inspectorate, Socialist Republic of Viet Nam. On that occasion, H.E. Minister highlighted the importance of exchanging experiences and best practices regarding leadership and inspection management between the Ministry of Inspection and the Ho Chi Minh City Inspectorate to contribute to fostering closer ties and cooperation between both institutions.

Furthermore, H.E. Minister outlined the reforms and governance strengthening under the “Pentagonal Strategy – Phase I” of the Royal Government of Cambodia, under the wise and pragmatic leadership of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei HUN Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, which focuses on modernizing state institutions into a “modern public administration with high capacity, strength, intelligence, and integrity.” At the same time, H.E. Minister briefed on key achievements accomplished by the Ministry, including inspection work, complaint resolution, monitoring regulatory compliance, public forum, and the drafting of laws and regulatory instruments.

In addition, the leaders of both institutions shared and exchanged extensive experience in inspection work and dispute resolution mechanisms, focusing on practical inspection management, timely response mechanisms for citizens’ complaints, and the enhancement of transparency and accountability aimed at reinforcing good governance and strengthening public trust to serve the interests of the people of both nations.
